Good news, Tecmo employees! No no, please don't get up. That bed under your desk really looks quite comfortable and snuggly. Now, if you'll just minimize that window filled with Ninja Gaiden II: Burnt Sienna code ... there, that's it. You'll be pleased to note that Tecmo has reached a settlement with Hiroaki Ozawa and Tatsuki Tsunoda of Team Ninja, who recently filed a lawsuit against the Dead or Alive publisher in response to an alleged overtime pay dispute.
According to Gamasutra, the pair claimed that employees (like you!) were not paid according to documented overtime hours, going as far as to say that the company created false documents to cover up the salary shenanigans. With this lawsuit wrapped up, it still leaves one to go with departed Team Ninja boss, Tomonobu Itagaki.
Alright, back to work! And go brush your teeth, seriously.

Every time I hear this news about Tecmo the farther down shit creak I think they are. You don't mess with artists for a reason.

How about some DOA dlc? Come on... you could at least offer those yummy bikinis from the crappy volley-ball game as dlc for DOA. I just wanna kick some ass with some half naked barbie dolls. Wouldn't it be awesome if all the customization (barbie dress-up) from the extream volley-ball series were available for DOA? Or does wanting that make me gay? I want it for the tittys, not the fashion...

I know exactly nothing about Japanese law, but it seems as if these settlements will set a nice precedent for Itagaki. Something along the lines of "Ahem, judge, those dudes got money, so I should too"

I hope they will get to work on some dlc now seriously. I mean a launch title which happens to be the Best fighting game ever, with the Best graphics of any fighting game, on the Best system, with the Best most fleshed out network, 3 years later and still no dlc? How many people lost their job over this?

I tried DOA but the terrible, terrible gameplay really distracted from the awesomeness that is boobies. :( Oh, and the lack of a realistic boob physics engine.
