Have you been curious about what Sting would look like all wire-framey and covered in ping-pong balls ever since you heard the news that the former Police frontman would make an appearance in Guitar Hero: World Tour? Good news, our little Desert Roses -- you need not look further than a recent promo for the title which we've conveniently posted after the break. We know that you usually rest your clickin' finger during the weekend, but we assure you, making the jump is worth it -- not only do you get to see Mr. Sumner's digital manifestation in action, you also get to hear about his lack of prowess when it comes to jamming on fake plastic instruments (though we hear his tantric usage of Star Power is a breathtaking sight to behold).

Didn't you guys already post an article on this? It might not have said Mo-cap, but when a character is put into the game, I think it is implied.

They've announced over 80% of the Songs already. Check out Wikipedia's page on GTWT.

It's a song list compiled from multiple sources, half of which maybe are Activision.
Several confirm songs were "recorded for Guitar Hero" but don't indicate if it's DLC or on-disc (see multiple songs from a single artists on-disc)
Don't point me towards the wiki article. I helped MAKE the wiki article. I know exactly what the sources are.

Aerosmith are the best-selling Hard Rock Artists in US, Sting(and The Police) sold over 50 Million CD's worldwide and Metallica is essentially a synonym of Metal Genre.
Oh, and they're all in the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame.I'm not sure if they can get any more "hardcore".Maybe they could try it Ozzy Style? Is biting bat's head off hardcore enough for you?

Yeah, they had this gag but this was an in-joke in Guitar Shops worldwide way before the movie was even released.

Thats awesome...I swear they are slowly tempting me to go the GH route away from Rock Band...but I guess I could just pick up the Guitar Hero drums seperately and pick up both GH and Rock Band 2. Problem solved.
