That isn't even the right box art. This version of Cho Aniki is NOT the ones we all know and loathe. This one's basically a straight-up shooter that is more weird than gay. Samson and Adon are just options (in the Gradius sense) in this game.

But hey, that bit of fact could stop us from posting gay jokes. So carry on.

Correct. They put up the cover for Ai Cho Aniki ("Love Super Big Borther"), which is the sequel to Cho Aniki "Super Big Brother"). In the original, you control relatively normal-looking male Idaten or female Benten. Adon and Samson are only helper "ships" in the original. They're the playable characters in the sequel, though.

I bought Cho Aniki today because I've always been very interested in the series...but I was disappointed that you don't play as Samson or Adon. This version of the game is also a little less weird that I hoped for. =[

Here's hoping to more Cho Aniki games to come to the U.S.!

Ai Cho Aniki is on the Japanese VC. Who knows, if Cho Aniki sells well, they COULD bring it over here...

Despite how extremely homoerotic this game is, it is actually not that bad of a game.

Still some people have a problem with a game that has you playing as half naked muscle bound men who shot things out of the top of their heads. Against other half naked men who have laser vision. Despite all that, its still better then most games out there.
