The game also lets you live out your fantasy of being Keith Urban, one of Montgomery Gentry or even America's Most Beloved Dullard, Kellie Pickler, who said, "I grew up wanting to be a country music singer and would sing other artists' songs, and now people are going to be singing my song in SingStar Country? I'd love to see one of these games with some more classic and alt-country since pop-country, for the most part, is capital-A AWFUL.

I honestly can't think of anything to say to this besides "I won't buy it but there will be about a zillion copies sold within a week of it hitting stores". Hell, I can't even think of a clever yet witty way to dis it.

'Bout dang time. We've been waiting and waiting for a country version to come out. Why they're not releasing it as downloadable content on the PS3 is kinda confusing but we'll take what we can get. Now just hurry up with that Singstar PS3 patch that lets us use our PS2 versions and we'll be happy.

You could by the disc and still play it with the PS3 after patch...but I do agree, the SingStore has a huge need for country/new country.

Agreed. For a game called Rock Band they have a lot of metal. Now I love metal, but I love Country too. And Brad Paisley would go down very well with my friends.

I disagree. Jimmy Buffet may not be traditional rock, but country is just about the furthest from it. Country has absolutely no place in Rock Band / Guitar Hero.
I'd much rather Harmonix/Activision make a country centric game than try to mix the two genres.

Looks like alot of fun. Especially, kenny chesney, keith urban, montgomery gentry, lady antebellum.
If only this came out for xbox I would be a happy man. I might have to buy a used ps2 for this haha.
