Game Crazy stores will be holding Star Wars costume parties next Monday between 8PM-1AM to celebrate the midnight launch of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Those in attendance voted to have the best costumes by a jury of their peers will be able to play the game starting at 10PM at the store, before it officially goes on sale at midnight. The person voted to have the best costume will win "one of 750 limited edition" Force Unleashed dolls action figures.

this game will suck. I second that. The framerate is sh!t. The resolution is crap. This game should have been built for the PS3 in C++.... but sadly it wasn't; it's a multi-platform piece of sh!t!! Hey I wish it wasn't. Good job guys for spending years with this garbage.

but seriously, without my fan goggles. Does it really deserve to be called that? First of all you've probably only played the demo. Second it probably deserves somewhere around a 7 or 8, how the hell is that complete shit?

I haven't shopped at Game Crazy in years. The manager of the one near me tried to sell me an HD DVD add on for 360 about 6 months after 360 launch, claming that Halo 3 was going to be on an HD DVD and I would need it to play it. When I called his bluff and said that MS had stated that all 360 games would be on DVD, he pointed at me and called me a sucker for thinking I wouldnt need the HD DVD addon in the future.
Haven't been to Game Crazy since, and I tell all my friends to avoid it as well.

@ Tyler: That's one of the reasons why I wouldn't even go into a Best Buy for the longest time...when I purchased my first Xbox the sales floor douche told me that I needed an RF converter to play the system...I told him that I just ran the composite cables through my VCR (yeah, it was that long ago) and then changed the VCR's input and it would work just fine (that's how I played my PS2). His response: You can't do that. You just can't. No, you're wrong.
Talk about customer service...if brutal fatalities were legal, that guy would've had both his hands crammed up his ass with RF converters tightly clenched in both fists.
Okay, so this was way off-topic, but your story caused a timeless rage to resurface.

Dude did you even play to the part were you fight the AtAT that was the biggest bunch of lame i have ever seen, and the amazing physics system they ahve been braggin about is absolutely not impressive. I mean if i wanted to throw a box that slow i would have just played a game of grandma baseball or something, and seriously the main character looks completely gay. I would expect the apprentice of Darth Vader to at least be intimidating.

I hate to say it but; your playing it wrong.
You should be able to run down a hallway and fling stuff without stopping. Try tossing objects in a general direction by flicking the sticks. Aiming with the force does not work well.

my local GameCrazy has sucky midnight launches. at the GTAIV one they ran a Fight Night tournament and the winner got to get his GTA first. the only plus was that i got to be on TV cause there was a reporter there covering the launch for the local news and talking about how GTAIV (which hadnt even launched yet cause it wasnt midnight) had caused that 7 year old to steal is grandma's Durango and drive it around town with his friend til he crashed it.

Does this game really deserve a midnight launch, or does everything just get one these days? It's like Star Wars game #752, and I haven't seen anything particularly distinguishing about it.
That being said, if it gets better than 7.5s, I'll be buying it. I'm the kind of guy who owns Star Wars games #1 - #751.

The overflow can go around the corner to 7-11 for the few they'll have but if you're dressed in a Dork Vader costume ya gotta buy a Slurpee and pose for the security cameras. lol
