Halo 3 double EXP weekends are gone ... for now

Halo 3 double experience point weekends, events that have become a tradition to H3 gamers for months now, are sadly taking a hiatus this and next weekend. What's the reason for a lack of weekend EXP? Well, Bungie is preparing to roll out the new September matchmaking playlist update as well as the second Halo 3 title update. For those who demand their two times EXP, remember you can still play Ranked Big Team Battle, because it's a double EXP playlist until it gets retired two weeks from now.
