Prince of Persia dated for Dec. 2

If you'd prefer to get your hands on a slightly more adorable variant of the wall-running scrambler, you'll want to check out the DS' Prince of Persia: The Fallen King, which releases on the same day.

First comment!
A slight delay isn't bad...considering all the releases in October and November.

I suppose you deserve some kudos for claiming first comment and actually being it.

This game looks awesome, but after being duped into buying the craptastic Warrior Within and Two Thrones just because Sands Of Time was a work of genius, I'm going not giving this one a try unless it gets stellar reviews.
tmmoore_nc @ Sep 18th 2008 1:20PM
Maybe this should be pushed back until next year. This one might get lost in the flood of games this fall because of the date.

Rasengan!

Will probably pick up the PC version, I'm quite into platformers at the moment and bought a 360 controller to make games like this and DMC4 easier. Hopefully it'll have out of the box 360-pad support (and not be a delayed, shit ubisoft port).

I like this. Now I'm more likely to get this game not being amongst all the other must-have releases for me.
LuckyEMS @ Sep 18th 2008 2:50PM
why can his partner do everything the prince can with the glove?
Trev @ Sep 18th 2008 3:06PM
A combination of magic and a remarkably low neckline.

Someone announces a game, and then it actually *comes out*. What is this new business model? Some kind of witchcraft, I think.

i loved this game on what was it SNES? i forget..
but this just hasnt looked very interesting to me for some reason...
maybe because i am getting 5-10 games by years end.
vgxtremist @ Sep 18th 2008 4:30PM
Oh man, I really hope this one is like Sands of Time with improved combat because I will love this game...plus I wish the holday season was extended for all the great games coming out.
Twist @ Sep 18th 2008 4:56PM
You know something that has really started to annoy me lately? People publishing the shipping dates of games as the release dates. This game will be on shelves on December 3rd not December 2nd. Mirror's Edge will be on shelves on November 12th not November 11th. I really wish the industry would quit publishing the release dates like this.
Bouille @ Sep 18th 2008 5:42PM
Will the PC version be on steam?
If so bring back the sands of time trilogy on steam as well.
KK thx Ubisoft!

Is it me or does that pic reminds you of Ryu and Ken...?
Psaakyrn @ Sep 19th 2008 12:13AM
Reminds me of Sora and Riku instead.

Hey loved the tag prince-or-persia which lead to no posts at all... maybe no-one noticed... :/
