Thats a little harsh tbh... The same amount of work went into them as the Halo maps and they can charge that much for 3 maps. Yes they didn't want to MS insisted on it maybe its the same for frontlines? If not then everyone would be OMG! Why does frontlines have 4 maps for 400ms points but halo is 800 ms points for 3 and they are alot smaller! Etc so I guess Microsoft is trying to keep the peace.

Yep frontlines ain't great, but they still deserve the money if they are making 4 large maps for the community, game devs ain't free ;)

Hey, they'll make a sweet $20 from selling these map packs!

I don't think Burg was trying to insult the game but mere bring up how the developers aren't helping themselves by making this pack pricey when there is little to virtually no demand for it. I think Bad Company was the final nail in the coffin for Frontlines to take off at all.

I enjoy Frontlines, one of the most underrated games of the year. With all the updates this game has gotten, I say it's one of the better ones this year.

Not to forget, Frontlines already got 2 (Boneyard and Mountain Top) free maps and a new free gametype, so I find it not too unreasonable if the devs charge for this pack. After all, they spent some extra time working on it, in contrast to the lazy asses at Bandai Namco, who rip people off with "on-disc-unlock-content".

BTW, no one complained when the CoD maps hit for 800 MSP.

I just bought this game for $20 used at (i think) family video.com and it has been pretty good.. no problems with auto turrets i always read about.

I probably won't buy any maps.. but aren't they releasing new air vehicles and weapons too?

Bought it. Love it. Hindsight alone makes it worth the cost of entry.

It's a shame that the game is not more highly regarded. In the last while, the updates from Kaos have made a huge difference to the balancing issues that were present when it was first release. Added to that, the new maps are fantastic quality.

I actually really enjoyed the time I spent with this game and have been looking for a good deal on it for a while. Though that's rather weird charging 10 bucks for 4 maps on a game as "popular" as this.
