Midway seeks $40 million from National Amusements for manufacturing

Midway recently lost a trio of executives and fired around 100 people as it hit losses of almost $70 million in just the first two quarters of this year. Hopefully, the Christmas cash will give the company some bigger spoons for scooping the water out of the ship.

hmm...perhaps if midway stopped making sh*tty games, they would be able to afford to make sh*tty games.

Half down half on delivery or something similar I would guess. National Amusements is probably their largest customer for arcade machines. They're probably getting a nice fat discount for fronting the cash.
Not a good sign for Midway's arcade business though.

Uh, Midway hasn't made any arcade machines for almost a decade now.
National Amusements is Sumner Redstone, the bazillionaire that has bailed out Williams and Midway countless times before.

and yes I was yelling, I really want a Hydro thunder 2 it was not great in the graphics department, it had bugs and glitches but was Hella FUN.

Hydro Thunder ROCKED. Nothing was better then playing as the boat with the dog in it to annoy those around you.
