10 simply irresistible Resistance 2 videos

Sony and Insomniac have released a Chimera dung-load of videos for Resistance 2. The footage featured includes single-player campaign scenes, new multiplayer stuff and the first clip of R2's co-op gameplay. The 10 new videos can be found after the break, and the game can be found after Nov. 4.

Chimera dung. Awesome. There are jut some things you don't think about, but when it happens, it's hilarious.

I'm picturing the sick Triceratops scene from Jurassic Park. Hopefully they didn't eat any West Indian Lilac. Or hopefully they did, I guess.

I think everyone can agree that the most impressive thing about these videos and screens is that a post-apocolyptic FPS managed to squeezed some green in the game, and quite a bit actually.

Well I think the smoke effects were simply horrid. Specially in the Goliath video.

well going to back him up on this one. im eagerly awaiting this game but the smoke in the Goliath video looked pretty bad. the colors are great though. im just hoping that Insomniac hasnt bit off more than it can chew on this one and tried to do too many things at once.

Mediocrity by any other name will still sell a million units...just like Halo. It's hard to discourage substandard production when your console has such a limited number of quality FPS in the first place, and your competition shits them out like undigested pieces of corn.

what about this game says mediocrity or substandard production? full single player campaign, full separate 8 player co-op campaign, 60 player online versus mode... nothing about this game is substandard or mediocre.

and we got socom and killzone2 to be looking forward to too so dont complain, COD4 was so good, doesnt matter how few good shooters there are.

Man, this reminds me so much of Half-Life.

RFoM is my second favorite FPS, but its a very close second.(first spot is HL2) And this just looks so good....man I can't wait. Got the Limited Edition pre-order with the 6inch figure to go next to Cloud, Kratos and Fenix figures on top of my PC!!!

My dear friends, This will be a game to remember!

What the hell is with the Half-Life nonsense? It looks nothing like HL, plays nothing like HL, has a story completely dissimilar from HL ...

Also, I really love the ever-predictable exclusive hate that happens around here. Whether it's a Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo exclusive, you can always depend on people taking a nice dump on it. Cracks me up.

Ugh, I felt this while watching the Leviathan battle and it seems the same from watching the Goliath video too... but it seems very scripted. They want you at 'this' place at 'this' time inorder to expose the weak point of the enemy =P

Regardless it's still a very cool and intense looking game... but I hope I get to actually play it while playing it.
