Sometimes, video games just aren't expensive enough. Sometimes, we'll think to ourselves, "Just $60? What am I going to do with all this money I make blogging about video games?" Sensing our dilemma, EA's offering a pair of extra-spensive Xbox 360 bundles for two of their highest-profile (and most promising!) fall releases. We've already filled you in on the $150 "Ultra Limited Edition" Dead Space bundle but also wanted to showcase this rather fetching messenger bag Mirror's Edge bundle.
$130 bags you the Xbox 360 release of the game along with a ME-themed Timbuk2 messenger bag (read: much nicer than GameStop's preorder bag), complete with Faith's face on the inside flap – just the sort of conversation starter we all want sewn directly into our baggage.

Your right!
But ever since Haze, developers think lightning can strike in the same place twice. So basically you've purchased the Worlds Finest Multiplatform gaming system...
That plays Blu Ray...
:/

There is a PS3 bundle. I don't know why the article doesn't mention it. Sadly the Dead Space limited edition is still 360 exclusive.

How can anyone find this offer attractive. EA is trying to loop people in with their "limited" shit, ie Gears, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space. EA is no more then a NYC street vendor trying to sell you a fake ass hand bag.

Oh, and does anybody else think this game looks incredibly boring? I was intrigued at first, but having watched several gameplay videos have to say it doesn't look fun at all.

I'll stick with the one I pay nothing extra for, thanks. Not like I planned on actually USING the bag either way. I'd rather have a pair of those neat toe shoes you see at the beginning of every trailer.

Wow, that's pretty lame.

I'm not sure how much the game is worth but as a daily user of a Timbuk2 messenger bag (mine is big enough to stuff my laptop AND my 360 if I'm LAN'ing), I'd say it's quite a deal. Timbuk2's are effin' bomb proof.
The Faith image on the inner flap though is a bit cheesy.

They might as well sell these with Puma shoes to match and sell it for $200 as an ensamble!
Though I do know those bags are well known through the messenger community I see here in SF, all riding their bikes with their bags.

You know, if the inside picture actually showed her body instead of her face, I think that they'd be able to sell a lot more limited edition copies.

I've got a $130 chrome messenger bag. I don't exactly want a video game tie in messenger bag either. I don't even want the free pre-order one.

I'd get it if the chick wasn't on the inside.
The bag itself is 120$+ and made of Kevlar :)
Outerdesign is prety badass though.
