I think the prices for these old games on the PS store like Untold Legends are to damn high.

Agreed. LocoRoco for $23 is asking for a bit too much. I would pay $15 for Puzzle Quest, and some other games have some solid prices but others are total rip-offs.

Not to sound ungrateful - but I was hoping to get both Burnout games that Europe got today when I got home. So, a little disappointed there.

We'll see what the demo of pipemania is like though - hopefully good.

Yeah I'm pretty disappointed by the lack of Burnouts....but they're available on the PS3 Store?? Kinda weird.

You can still buy it off of the EU Store with entropay.

The prices are definitely in line with what I'm finding on "clearance" at the local shops. So now that I missed out on the last copy of Puzzle Quest, I can now have it on my PsP memory card for the same price as the UMD.

I'm sold :)

I will happily get Puzzle Quest if they fixed the bug. Bonus if it includes the expansion that's on XBLA.

Glad somebody mentioned the Puzzle Quest bug. That was annoying to no end.

My understanding was that they knew about the bug and decided that the PSP base was "too small" to warrant trying to fix it. In other words, "We know....we just don't care." Made it easy for me to skip on buying any future games from that studio.

It would be awesome if the PSN store had some PSX games.

Sony has a nice stable of titles. It couldn't be that hard for them to slap them up on the store, could it?

If the game is third-party, then they have to go through the paperwork to get permission to put the game up for sale on the Store from the original publisher and publishers aren't too keen on offering the games aside from retail unless they get a good cut from the price.

Well they are not making any money with these ps1 games, and the PC Store offers a way to make money from them for the entire life of the PC Store without any costs besides sony taking their cut. ARE THEY WITHOUT ANY KIND OF RATIONAL THOUGHT WHATSOEVER?! Then again, maybe Sony has given them unsatisfactory conditions? If so then shame on Sony.

But I would think there are enough games that Sony actually developed that they could release fairly easily. Is that not the case? Or is the development part of Sony different from the other parts of Sony?

"ARE THEY WITHOUT ANY KIND OF RATIONAL THOUGHT WHATSOEVER?!"

Yes.

If you want to talk about the issue of "rights" when it comes to the entertainment industry, you've got to abandon logic and sense to even begin to comprehend it.

They says it's the original Puzzle Quest so I doubt they fixed the bugs or added content.

Nice picture of Galactrix was that something Infinite Interactive released or someone fan art? The current site screen shots don't look anything like it http://www.infinite-interactive.com/galactrix.php

Wow, Puzzle Quest is only 65MB, and is one of the worst PSP games in the lag department, not even GoW or Crisis Core, who are over 1GB in size....

But the game is great, is fun, long, and is a puzzle game with a RPG game, I buy it for $12 like 6 months ago...

Games stored on memory stick instead of UMD don't lag.

The only way a game on a memory stick wouldn't lag is if the lag had to do with loading. If the lag is due to other things, such as too many effects on screen or something, it'll still be present.

I'm unsure on Puzzle Quest... but I think the lag spikes come from loading primarily, since it's usually on the chain of turns that end the battle (since it'd be loading the results screen).

1up gave it a decent review. Most of the other reviews I checked hovered around the 60-70% range, so it isn't all that terrible.
