Thats just your opinion, I think the game looks B-E-A-utiful and its one of mine and my friends most anticipated titles for sure.

Yeah the game looks gorgeous and screw Cammy(literally) but why isn't Ken on the box? RYU for Europe Ken for America makes perfect harmony for me.

I think the Chun-Li face looks better. But the overall Ryu pic is cooler. I like the swirling effect around his hands. But the muppety face, as it was pointed out, does bring it down a notch, putting it in second place.
Regardless, I don't LOVE either of them. But they're fine. I'm in it for the game anyways. I'll probably pick this up once it drops to a $40 price range. I'd hate to pay $60 for an updated version of a game I played 15 years ago in the arcade.

I think Ryu is a better pick for the cover, he was always the staple main character in my eyes. However he looks a bit ugly here, and the North American version makes much better use of space, size and colors, so I'd have to go with that one.

Not at all. I didn't get MGS4 because I don't have a PS3 yet. Not many things can sour a boner faster than an old dude with crow's feet, but we all know that guns are an acceptable alternative to boobs here in America. It would indeed be socially acceptable to be seen buying the GUNS of the Patriots.

I'm so glad we're not getting the Ryu cover, it looks terrible. I generally find the cover for Street Fighter (and other Capcom fighting games) games underwhelming and sometimes bizarrely chosen. All the Street Fighter SNES games had weird covers.

I think the Ryu cover art would look better if his mouth wasn't open with him gritting his teeth due to constipation.
Apart from the trying too hard look, everything else looks cool, especially the swirling of the background art.
