Would a DSLite fit inside the shell of a Gameboy? (Without the zippers, etc.)

I spent $12 on an ALS Industries Game Traveler Case. I'm happy with it. I've been considering getting a folio case for my carts, but I haven't, yet.

About fifteen bucks. I had one case that I got for Christmas a while back that kinda bit the dust and then I bought the Star Wars one with the lightsaber styli not too long ago.

Um, no case for me. But then again it's typically in my man-bag, so there is no reason for me to have one.

My original DS Lite's case was a digital camera case that I picked up for 1.50 (down from 19.99) on a clearance table at OfficeMax.

My curent DS Lite's case is a Nintendo-branded case. I don't like it as much as the original.

4$ total. $2 on a neoprene-ish sleeve from dealextreme.com (free shipping!) and $2 on a toiletry bag from Daiso (the Japanese store in Richmond, BC) to transport the DS, adapter and headphones.

I have spent about $50 on DS cases. I bought 3 carrying cases and 1 Final Fantasy IV hard case that covers the actual system. I have also spent $10 on a very cool came gase that hold about 16 DS games in pages and another $7 on a smaller hard case that hold 6 DS and 2 stylises (sp?).

I actually carry my DS and the smaller hard case in my messenger bag in a pocket that seems it was almost designed to hold a DS and hard case.

I could have bought 2 or 3 DS games.

Whats funny is I did the same thing when I bought my Gameboy SP.

Well let's see...

I bought one for $20can, and then I decided it was too big and didn't like it. So I searched the net for something better, and I ended up buying one off of SF bags.com for $59can. It's beautiful with it's real leather and super-soft lining. Very high quality too. I would recommend it to anyone. The service there was fantastic too.

I paid $10 after international shipping for my red zip top Hori case for my red DS brick. Never needed another case.

I too also grabbed the sfbags DS lite case.
It is pricey but worth every dollar you spend on it plus it just automatically upgrades your status just by looks alone.

Especially when partnered with either the Red or Blue dual tone systems.

I paid 10$ for one of those big ass metal Intec cases, because they look really good......until you take it out of the package and actually try to put anything in them. So I use my DS case for loose GBA cartridges and my DS just rides around in my pocket. I want my 10$ back.

$4. Made one myself for my Phat out of black duct tape and then decorated it with some White-Out I found. I gave it to my sister for her PSP when my dad gave me an official Nintendo one after seeing my paltry attempt at duct-tape construction.

Spent under $10 including shipping from an asian website for a black faux leather case that I am QUITE happy with. Would like a Waterfield design case, but it's a bit too expensive for my taste.

20 CAN
bought one case; its gray and black and has the DS logo on top. What I like about it is that it has a pouch at the bottom that can hold a few DS games. Looks nice and its very convenient, so I haven't bought anything else.

I bought an Intec clear case for my DS. It holds my DS lite and 3 games and an extra stylus, was like $5.

Want to know why?

IF ANY PIECE OF ANYTHING GETS IN THE CASE IT SCRATCHES YOUR DS LITE. WTF!

I bought a $13 infem.in Gothic Lolita case for my DS Lite. It's very pretty and it goes well with the metallic rose color of my DS Lite.

For my first DS (old style) I got a Nintendo Seal approved starter kit, so there was a small case part of that. Then in 2007 I got a Pokemon Diamond bag that can be on your shoulder. That was about $20. And then there's my big Nintendo "box" case that has room for a LOT of games and accessories that I keep most of my GBA games and instruction booklets in. I'd say at least $45, if you only count part of the starter kit.

And if I ever get ANOTHER DS Lite or a DSi (if they have more than two colors when released here) I'll probably get one of those little "purse" like carriers.
