�600,000 in PS3 games taken in UK heist (twice!)

Here's a strange story: a truck full of PS3 games was stolen twice, the second time from the cops themselves. The Sun reports that "the lorry" carrying £600,000 ($1.08 million) in games was originally stolen while the driver was resting. After it was recovered by the cops, it was then stolen a few hours later from a "tightly-controlled" police compound. The truck was later found completely empty.

The police claim that arrests have already been made, but it isn't clear if they're in relation to the first or second theft. The authorities also say they're keeping an eye on eBay. How efficiently can one fence seven pallets (tens of thousands) of games?

Isn't Lair a lot better now with the patch that lets you use the analog sticks?

Haze is still very mediocre as seen for myself.

I rented the game again (post patch) and while yes the game is more playable, it didn't make it that much better of a game. I loved the music, and the graphics were alright. But the gameplay was mediocre, and the story was quite passable.

Shhhhhh, don't tell anyone. Me, Fernandos and pals played WiiSports for 27.23 straight hours. We did not even stop for bathroom breaks. Fortunately, Samfish had a whole box of depends and Fernandos dog wiped our asses squeaky clean.

I am curious Azure, why the hatred for Sony? This is a serious question and an answer would be appreciated. Maybe you had a traumatic experience and I think the best thing to do is to talk about it. Did a Sony Bravia molest you or something?

The lorry full of sad and lonely 360 games was left with the doors opened, nobody wanted to steal them. It wasn't Halo or Gears (the only decent games on 360).

What were the games i wonder. Stealing a truck twice seems a bit far fetched for something so hard to fence. Me thinks there was more to this heist than meets the eye. The games themselves were not the target. Possibly a special code/message/data hidden on one of the copies of the games? Something clandestine perhaps.. have i been watching too much Prison Break? perhaps...
