God, this just keeps getting better. We thought that last week was the best example of a known quantity trying to sneak its creepy friend past the bouncer and into Club WiiWare, but it's been absolutely topped.
On the one hand, you have Bomberman Blast (Hudson Entertainment, 1-8 players, 1,000 Wii Points) all decked out in his finest suit. He's making eyes at the ladies and he just bought Cristal for everyone in the club. He's the superstar and he knows it.
Then we have Art Style: ORBIENT (Nintendo, 1 player, Rated E for Everyone, 600 Wii Points) which we can find practically nothing on. Seriously. GoNintendo has a single screen shot and Silicon Era thinks it's a Bit Generations game. And that's it. To continue the above analogy, Art Style: ORBIENT is the equivalent of the Little Rascals standing on each others shoulders in a trench coat, and insisting to the bouncer that they're "a real grownup who just wants to drink all the beer and kiss pretty ladies."
How do they make it inside? It's a mystery.

bit generations: Orbital is one of the best games on GBA, I've been hoping for a new version. Purchasing ORBIENT as soon as I get home, my first WiiWare title since Lost Winds!

I have no idea what was going on in that video, but it sure looked pretty; for only 600 points I'm really tempted to buy it now.

At least with Orbital, you pretty much control the gravity and counter gravity of a dot in the center of the screen. Run in to blue dots do make your dot grow, and get close enough to gray dots so they can be placed in orbit around your dot.
If you run into a red object you lose a life, though collecting enough blue dots will transform some red objects into blue or gray dots. After you've gotten all of the blue dots you can pick up the large yellow dot, and optionally you can pull into your orbit a crescent moon for bonus.
It's also totally addictive, accessible, and very satisfying when you do well.

Hmmm... I guess it's kind of like a cross between "Lunar Lander" and "Katamari Damacy"

I just had to come back here to say thanks for recommending the game; though it's not a normal practice of mine to take advice from random Joystiq posters, I'm glad I did in this case because I'm really enjoying this. For six bucks this is an absolute steal, everyone with a Wii that can connect to the internet should have this. Thanks again~!

Oh, Nintendo! We love your retarded way of hyping games up by telling absolutely no one about them!

Is the retail version of Bomberman Blast going to be released in North America (and Europe)?

I heard rumblings that it wouldn't be released to retail at all in NA and EU, though.
