After you sign Steven Spielberg to develop video games with your company, what's the next step? Scorcese? Zombie Orson Welles? Nope, not even close. EA announced this morning that it just signed a three-game development deal with Zack Snyder, the man behind 300 and the upcoming adaptation of Watchmen. Snyder will work in conjunction with EA Los Angeles, the same house currently toiling with Spielberg on its next critical darling.
There's no word on what sort of games he'll be making, but if he dips into the Zack Snyder back catalog, we'd like to humbly suggest a balls-out Dawn of the Dead game over an adaptation of Morissey's "Tomorrow."

Obviously he has a love of graphic novels. But for him I ask, Zack, what if EA gets you to make a Superman game because they think you'll finally be the one to figure it out?
But if your looking for someone to write some of the story for you, I hear Robert Kirkman and Warren Ellis might be available. They never seem to be able to get any work.

I love Zack Snyder! He's a brilliant director! Dawn of the Dead (2004) has to be one of my favorite movies. And of course the 300. His car commercials weren't bad either.
