I have more unfinished games than finished, in my collection. I have 30 games, since I picked up DQIV and Disgeae DS, last week, and we're already back into the holiday glut. So, my backlog will only get worse.

I bought FFTA2 and DQIV on the same day. I happened to pop in FFTA2 first and haven't put it down since! Seriously, even at work! OOPS!!

I will get to DQIV soon, but with so many other games coming out on the other consoles soon... I fear for the poor DQIV. :( Poor li'l guy!

Currently playing Final Fantasy 3 after it sitting unopened for more than 3 months...

Phoenix Wright AA: Trials & Tribulations. Haven't started that one cause I know the minute I start I won't play anything else.

And to top it all I just bought a 3 pack of DS games at Sam's. I couldn't resist the deal: 3 games for 15 bucks. My word coach, My French Coach and My English Coach.

Let's see:
Izuna
Castlevania: Portraits of Ruin
Geometry Wars
Dungeon Explorers
Izuna 2
Dementia: The Ward
Rayman: Raving Rabbids 2
Touch Detective 2.5

The last 4 are still in the shrink wrap. I have an Amazon list with about 8 games I want. I could play more of these if things like work and the family didn't demand as much of my time.

This doesn't even list the Wii games that I'm stuck on.

Of the dozen or so games I own, the only one I did finish was Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Right now I'm working through Advance Wars (I went back and bought the two GBA titles since I liked Dual Strike so much; Days of Ruin is waiting in the wings).

Meanwhile, I've put Age of Empires, Civ Rev, and six or eight other games on the back burner.

One I'll probably never get back to is Steel Horizon. May just toss that one in the trash.

I want to finish Izuna 2 so I can go play all the new and axciting games out there, but that final dungeon is too darn hard. Stupid confuse-ing monsters :(

Currently I have Golden Sun: The Lost Age, Crystal Chronicles: Ring Of Fates, and Lunar Knights waiting for me. I haven't even bought all the new RPGs..

*goes back to level grinding*

Oh man, that's a nice collection. I'm going to have to send a pic of mine (108 and counting).
My DS gaming A.D.D. has left me with a crap load of games (on the DS alone) that I have yet to play, let alone beat.
Trying to get through Layton and Mystery Case Files right now, then it's on to Izuna 2 and FF IV.

Whatever games I own but haven't completed are probably going to stay that way. I had plenty of time over the summer to pick one up and finish it, but didn't feel motivation to complete any of the things that I initially put away out of dissatisfaction. My actual backlog consists of games I don't even own yet but still want to play--Layton, Ninja Gaiden, Space Invaders Extreme, Bangai-O, Rhapsody. I just don't have that kind of money to spend all at once and am going to have to use these to fill in whatever drought-ridden patches may arise next year.

Sadly, most of my games have been left unfinished or not even started. Currently, I'm playing through Mega Man ZX again and then will play Advent again as the characters I haven't played yet. Then it's back to finish Final Fantasy III and start FFIV (which I haven't even touched yet).

Other games I have started and not finished are:
Front Mission
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Rondo of Swords (not even started)
Children of Mana
Kirby Squeak Squad
Metroid Prime Hunters
Lost Magic
Drawn 2 Life
MechAssault: Phantom War

And this just covers the DS games I own. I'm not even going to bother with those that I want to play yet nor any of my other consoles. >_

Of all the games I HAVE, I've only finished 6. That's all the EBA / Ouendan games, trace memory, professor layton, and picross.

I have every single one of the FF games, DQIV, TWEWY, all the phoenix wrights, both the Kirbys, every single point and click adventure I can find, locke's quest ... too many to count.

Right now I'm trying desperately to find time to play TWEWY - I'm in week 2 and uh, playing practically in real time. :)

I just started Okami on the Wii so I haven't played my DS in a week now.

But on the backburner I have: Viva Pinata, Nanostray 2, Bangai, Stafi 4, Civ Revolution, Nintendogs. Sonic Chronicles (GOTY) will probably join that list.

I also got Tales of Phantasia for the GBA, but I don't see myself playing that game ever again. It was rather disappointing.

I still need to finish about 90% of my DS collection. I just don't have the time and I buy too much =(
I even have games that haven't been open sitting on my desk, they are:
Heros of Mana
Disgaea DS
Time Hollow
Professor Layton
Touch Detective 2.5

and I have no idea when I will even play them as I am trying to finish the majority of my collection first. T___T Currently progressing through Rhapsody. (which I am really enjoying; it's on the easier side, but it has a lot of charm!)

On DS? Both FFTA2 and Izuna 2, both because they have ridiculously cheap story ending challenges, between "i can fully heal myself whenever i damn well please at no cost to me" Illua, and "Infinite AoE" Rift Monster. Also StarFox Command, because that all-missile stage was a total bitch. Izuna because of how many enemies in that last dungeon have the ability to confuse you.

Pokemon Pearl kinda counts, i guess. I wanted to clean out Stark Mountain, but got totally lost inside, so i gave up.

I would've reset, but i caught a shiny Graveler at some point in there, and i need that.

CrossworDS
Hotel Dusk Room 215 (The re-released version)
Space Invaders Extreme

These are the games I would like to finish before plunking down cash for another NEW game. Three ain't bad, eh? I will admit that most of our DS games (between my kids and I) are arcade type of game play with millions of levels that simply go on, and on. If we put them down in favor of another, it's no big deal. In fact, I like putting a game on the shelf for a month or two. It kind of gives me a fresh charge when I pick it back up again and continue where I left off.

But of course. Honeycomb Beat is still on the to-be-attempted pile after like a year (not sure I have the cognitive ability to finish it).
EO II and Bangai-O are still on the shelf. The latter is shrinkwrapped, lulz.

But I finally got around to finishing off Hotel Dusk and starting TC: UtK 2.

I think this is a complete list. I just started Lock's Quest and I'll very likely get Sonic: Dark Chronicles this week. I think I like actually getting games slightly more than playing them. There are others I still want to pick up, like the Kirby games (except Canvas Curse, which I have) and Civ Revolution. It's pretty ridiculous, considering games like Disgaea and FFTA2 could occupy me for months on end by themselves. If I listed all of the DS games which I owned at one point, but traded/sold before finishing (or even playing at all)...well...it'd be a sad sight.

Untouched:
FFIV
FFTA2
FF Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings
LEGO Batman
Castlevania: Portait of Ruin
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
WarioWare Touched!
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
Viva Pinata
Disgaea DS

Played some:
N+
Elite Beat Agents
Geometry Wars
Space Invaders
Trauma Center 1
Animal Crossing

Well, that collection is up to 140 now, and sadly, I don't really feel like playing any of them (I'm actually playing Golden Sun right now :))

I bought most of those games with loan leftovers, and I'm getting some of those very soon. For the rest of the year, I'm looking forward to:

- Summon Night: Twin Age
- Trauma Center 2
- Dragon Quest IV
- Viva Piņata
- Pokemon Ranger 2
- Moon

Perhaps others, too.

Oh gosh I've had such a torrent of games coming in...here's the list:
Bangai - O Spirits
Contra 4
Disgaea DS
Dragon Quest IV
Elite Beat Agents (found it for 20 bucks new)
Etrian Odyssey II
Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: Grimoire of the Rift
Kirby Super Star Ultra
The World Ends With You
Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions
Jeanne D'Arc
Dracula X: Rondo of Blood (or whatever the PSP remake is named)
Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Super Mario Galaxy
Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon
Tales of Vesperia
Disagea 2: Cursed Memories
Disgaea 3
Final Fantasy IX (lol I still haven't played it lawlz)
Final Fantasy XII
Persona 3

And I already have Eternal Poison, Persona 4, Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World, Luminous Arc 2, Valkyrie Chronicles, and Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia pre-ordered. I am still trying to get a perfect game on Yoshi's Island DS, and I just finished going through Tales of the Abyss on Unknown mode (and beat Nebilim and the Cameo Team on it as well) with a logged 180 hours on it. I have a lot of homework to do.

Unfinished:

- Final Fantasy III; probably never will
- Drawn to Life; nice concept, might finish it
- Contra 4; actually, I did finish this one. Of course, by "finished" I mean I beat it on super easy and unlocked the NES Contra, and then beat that one. =]

Unpurchased:

- Final Fantasy IV
- Dragon Quest IV
- Sonic Chronicles

I want to have the time to play all three of these. I'm pretty sure I will. Just not this decade.

I own 53 DS games (54 when Sonic Chron. comes out) and I haven't finished most of them. I've only maybe finished 20 of them (and that isn't even to 100% completion, just the story mode in most games)

I buy way too much and don't have time to finish. Though I already got Time Hollow and finished it pretty much.

Ugh....I only just beat DQ IV the other day, and started on Luminous Arc, which has been on the back burner for some time, and I still have quite a pile of games I want to get to, but there are too many great games coming out all at once.

I'm saving Etrian Odyssey II and Disgaea, though, because I've heard those games can suck up a year of your life. And God help me, Animal Crossing is calling to me.
