I would love for the PSP to have a text RSS reader. I use the mobile version of google reader now. What I really want though is an RSS reader on the PS3 so I can download video podcast to it and then if they are in a format that the PSP can handle the PS3 re-encodes it so that I can have the video on the go.

Well on the PSP, I'm still disappointed that it doesn't have RSS video streaming.
For the PS3, that's just pathetic that it's not on their yet.

Wtf the ps3 has around 500mb ram and they dont have one? Sheesh i thought psp was pathetic. Oh well i shouldn't complain knowing that i bought my psp with the functions it came with, asking for more is too much.

You can get a refurbished one from Sony for $90. I did that after my PSPhat's screen broke and my refurbished one is almost like new (just a few scratches here and there)

Firmware version is generally irrelevant at the moment. Go check out PSP Updates or Maxconsole if you want to know more.

I wish I could get my PSP to work with the net features. I think having my PS3 behind 2 routers is killing me. I can't use remote play, which would be totally awesome if it worked. :(

It should since it is way more powerful than the psp. CFW has screencapture i dont understand why ps3 does not. Probably does.
