Rumorang: Max Payne 3 won't stay dead

According to CVG, Xbox World 360 magazine (also owned by Future Publishing) claims that Max Payne 3 is being produced internally at Rockstar Toronto, the team behind The Warriors. This follows rumors by EGM that the game is currently in development.
Original Max Payne developer, Remedy, is currentlypicking its nose hard at work on Alan Wake. There's currently no timetable for when (or if) Max Payne 3 will become official. We've contacted the folks at Take-Two in the hopes that they'll shed some light on the issue.

seriously?
Alan Wake was a game that was announced at the beginning of this console generation. I assumed it was a game along the lines of Alone in the Dark or Heavy Rain

Alan Wake?
Was that sarcasm? Alan Wake was (is?) showing lots of promise to be a truly amazing game on the 360. Some sort of horror/survival game, from what I remember it really reminded me of Stephen King's "Secret Garden, Secret Window"

The 1st one was good, the second one was rushed, but ok. I still don't think we will ever see alan wake released. Seems destined to be canceled.

What? Max Payne 2 was a vastly superior game compared to the first game in terms of gameplay, graphics, voice acting(I love the first game but some of the voice acting was atrocious), and overall plot that managed to be even more depressing than the first one.

Did you really think levels like the funhouse that were practically square empty rooms with repeated textures looked complete? I found more more cut corners in that game than I did in the first one, it felt way emptier in a lot (but not all) of the levels to me.

I don't know, are you referring to the more open spaces?
I far preferred Max Payne 2 to the original (even though both are two of my favorite games). MP2 had everything to make a mesmerisingly great game along with incredible ragdoll physics which were the icing on the cake.
Can't wait for MP3 (and Alan Wake).

Umm please by all means take all the time in the world.
Based on this screen, this over the top action shooter, with the way old, over done, dual wielding, protaganist is out to flop, and hard. Oh look its "bullet motion!".... .... .... :/
"Last game (shipped back) to the Company is a rotten egg!"

B4 anyone wets theyre pants, my degradation of this current screen shot, is just that. Not taking away from MaxP 1 & 2...( Which were good).
Fact is, many a game has used "bullet time to death" and followed in the Max Payne/ Matrix steps.
Similar to WWII being over done, yet they still attempt to sneak on in the market.

Speak for yourself, I love bullet time as long as whats done with it is original, and theres no reason they can't implement new things.
You may not be interested, but you're not speaking for every gamer now are you :)
If you think that screenshot is of Max Payne 3, I will lol at you ¬_¬ Those graphics are Wii standard.

I must admit this rumor does have some ground since Rockstar Toronto IS IN FACT hiring testers programers and designers. I might just apply for the heck of it. that palce is about about a 45 minute drive frm my house. But will they pay me more than my current employer?
