Good morning fellow PSP gamers, there's a new game to read about this morning. It comes from Tecmo -- who haven't released a game on PSP since Tokobot in 2005. The company's new title is called Undead Knights, as revealed in this week's issue of Famitsu. Scheduled for release next year, this survival horror title will focus on fighting "hordes of zombies" and -- like most developers working on new PSP titles -- it will include 4-player ad hoc.

Wasn't there a December 2005 zombie game with online capabilities? Never mind I found it Infected, it was an arcade-y 3rd person shooter. It got repetitive after an hour of playing.

It seems 3rd parties finally are coming back to the PSP. I hope this game does well for Tecmo.... maybe then they'll consider a DOA or Ninja Gaiden game for PSP ^_^

In regards to the "Edge" article about the decline of PSP titles, has anyone done a breakdown of Japanese titles versus US titles (I assume the US is the next biggest PSP market)? I'm wondering if the overall graph, which likely lumps everything together, would look very different if it were sorted based on country.
In other words, did Japan PSP games see the same decline? And if so, are all these recent articles about flurries of new game announcements a sign that Japan is rebounding?
Just curious.

You're entirely missing my point cafecito.
The Edge article was showing the decline of PSP titles. I'm asking if anyone knows whether the decline was universal or only outside of Japan. It doesn't matter if Japan gets 10 titles to every 1 of ours. What I'm wondering is if their huge number of titles dropped by the same percentage that our small number of titles did.
