PSN Thursday: The Rapture of demos

This week's PSN update brings some nice demos for those PlayStation owners who truly shun all things Xbox 360. The BioShock and Eternal Sonata test drives are now available, along with snippets of NBA 2k9 and Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway. In addition, The PixelJunk Eden soundtrack can be purchased for $3, and there's an NBA Live 365 add-on for NBA LIVE 09. The full list of this week's update is after the break.

Bioshock looks/feels/plays exactly the same as its 360 counterpart. Except maybe a little detail here and there that looks a tad better but regardless, EXACTLY the same.

Why is this surprising? And, given some of the absolutely shoddy 360->PS3 ports that have been done - is should really be considered a good thing that it's about the same.

glad to hear, these are of the few games the 360 has gotten that I have wanted, as I only have a ps3 now. I hope after they dl of course that these games will be awesome.

Actualy PS3 version is blured - some AA simulation - not very good.
No option to unlock 60fps (by disabling vsynch) etc.
A little less stable framerate.

Lately PS3 ports are getting better though most are still inferior compared to X360 counterparts:

its a good this there is a demo for bioshock. cuz i wouldnt spend $60 on a old 360 port. iam sure its great and everything but........ NO THANKS
