Japanese 360 sales outshine PS3 sales in Sept.

It's only a matter of time before games like GT5, Final Fantasy XIII (exclusive for PS3 in Japan), Little Big Planet and White Knight Story (to name just few) will take Japan by storm. The traditional RPGs that are coming out for the 360 lately and the lack of any big title for the PS3 is the reason why we see the 360 growing a faint flame there. All is going to change in early 2009.

So I guess the enjoyment will be short lived.

Think I'll buckle down and try to finish Mass Effect, assuming thats even possible.

Don't be shocked if this isn't the last time this happens. There's another JRPG-bundled 360 coming soon and a whole host more rpg's in general. and the is kinda lame too

Since you can now find a Profile 2.0 Blu Ray player for under $300, Sony has lost a HUGE reason to get the PS3. And with Black Friday likely to have $200 BR players, you can get a 360 and BR player for the same price as a PS3. Opps. Sony is going to have to cut the price.

Here's hoping the Japanese find Achievements as fun as we do and buy the 360 versions of games instead of the PS3 ones. :)

LOLZ.... man, sony and their fanboys have been saying that since oh i dunno 2007. "wait till next year wait till next year" its the same song and dance with them... im sure in 09 they'll say "2010 is gonna be the year of the playstation, just like they tried to do this year by saying 07 is the year of the ps3 and when no one bought what they were selling they quickly switched to 08... ps3 fanboys are delusional.

XBOX only sold more in "September" becuause everyone in Japan already owns PS3s.....

Cool, if they manage that every month, it's only going to take just over 7 years to catch the PS3, and 19 years to catch the Wii.
