Is this a joke? Sin and Punishment 2 is much more of an exciting title for me, with a higher chance of having good controls.

Also, I like shooters better than what will amount to a fleshed out Wii Boxing game, and the development time on Sin & Punishment 2 seems to have been much longer. Look at that game's environments versus Punch Out's. Night and day right there.

When it comes down to it, there are probably 30+ old school games I'd want a sequel from before Punch Out. I think they could have picked something a bit more epic. Also, what the heck happened to Kid Icarus? Did that game just fall off a cliff?

In the long run you may be right about Sin & Punishment 2 being the more exciting title coming out, however to say that it would have better controls than Punch Out! is still a little too early to tell, mainly because looking at the videos for Punch Out, the controls don't look that complicated, it would be foolish to think that Punch Out will be the most accurate and realistic boxing game that we have been waiting for to fully take advantage of Wii's motion controls!

Though i'm psyched for both, Sin & Punishment 2 readily exceeds Punch Out

I just prefer a good single-player experience. Punch Out's a must, but Sin & Punishment is a thing of beauty.

LOL. I'm pretty sure Punch-Out was a 1 player game only. Sin & Punishment was the one with a two-player option,IIRC.

Nintendo figured out how to make Mario Galaxy multiplayer (albeit in a kind of useless way), i'm sure they'll work through this.

There was two-player Wii Boxing. Why not two-player Punch Out?

Sin & Punishment 2
The game's graphics are great, and it probably has more play time than Punch-Out!! I hope it has some online features like leaderboards though.

Every good game on the Wii, for me, is way to short.

I want something long and hard for my $50, since I'm poor and lack money at times like these.

Even though both seem really nice, I would rather go for Sin and Punishment 2. It's probably only going to have a mediocre length, but I just hope that it's not eased down like all of Nintendo's first party games, besides Fire Emblem.

One question: is Treasure developing the game? If it is, it's a preorder for me.

Would shipping the game with a male prostitute count?

I love boxing, and I even stepped in the ring a couple of times when I was a teen, but I'm more hyped for Sin and Punishment 2.

I've played the original Sin and Punishment via the VC and loved it, while Punch Out seems a little Ready 2 Rumble, which isn't exactly what I was looking for. But I'll probably end up with both games, somehow.

Punch Out!!! It would be awesome if they brought back Tyson, but he would be too hard for casual players, and because (suprise!) he's culturally unacceptable.

Depending on the controls, I have to say Punch-Out. I mean... it's Punch-Out. I just hope waggle doesn't destroy it.
