You know, Neopets has 241 million registered characters (even with repeats, still many millions users), and you can easily find 25 to 30 thousand people online at anytime. When you think about it, it has more users then WoW (albeit free and not so good). basically because they decided to make a product directed to children that has quality and some MMO elements (the level grinding is, in fact, more time-consuming then WoW).

It is a good fit for the DS and Wii. A franchise incredibly popular among children, pokemon like creatures, and a gameplay that even the hardcores (including the joystiq staff, that raved about it) can agree works. This will either be a best-seller or a Zack and Wiki situation all over again (Z&W is better of course, but poor sales never the less)
