So you're telling me this guy has zero political experience, had a few run-ins with the law, and overall is a fame hungry d-bag looking for...what's that?

He's a gamer?!

Well, this man right here is America's future. My vote goes to him.

I got nothing against playing Halo, MTV, or living at one's parents' house, but look:

"Ed Hermes was involved in five run-ins with the law in a 12-month period. Ed Hermes is recorded as 'DEFENDANT FAILED TO APPEAR' at four court appointments"

That kinda raises a red flag!

Having trafic tickets hardly makes him public enemy #1.

Poor Ed, playing Halo doesn't teach you that "Old age and Treachery overcomes youth and skill".

Not really. I once moved and missed a court summons. Also missed a jury duty notice (address forwarding ftl).

I'm a law-abiding citizen and I've had "run-ins with the law" on several occasions.

Jeez, it seems as if Fulton is trying to make his challenger out to be a cop-killing gang-banger.

While I am not from Arizona, just from looking at the statues it looks like you get a "Defendant Failed To Appear" if you get a ticket, don't fight it and pay the default judgement. Seems like douchebaggery to pretend this guys has been on a crime spree and defying the court system.

"Room Radiers" appears to be some kind of reality dating show where people (male and female) inspect three other people's rooms and pick one person to date based on seeing the rooms. Probably less embarrassing to have been in than, say, "Pumping Iron"

I'm sorry to say this but I would ask Mr. Fulton what HIS hobbies are and what he likes to do in his free time. As soon as he said an answer, any answer, I would say "Hmm, that sounds like the hobbies of a terrorist to me!"

Either that or I would just scream "He's a terrorist!" out loud.

You say it's childish, and you would be right. But d-bags like Mr. Fulton are clearly all about acting childish.

I bet we're not all in this guy's district, so we can't all vote in this election. But I just sent a message to that d-bag and by throwing $50 to a fellow gamer. Let's show him that it's not cool to mock people for being young and playing video games.

Fulton Brock: "COD4 multiplayer is too hard for me so I just play the arcade mode."

Ed Hermes: "I'm MLG 1337 and pwn Halo 3 nubs after work."

Vote Ed!

From Ed´s blog ( http://edhermes.com/wordpress/ ) :

"(CHANDLER, AZ) — Fulton Brock, the 12-year incumbent County Supervisor in District 1, recently distributed a mail piece that includes false and misleading attacks about his challenger, Ed Hermes. Hermes mailed a certified letter and later hand delivered the same letter to Brock on September 25th, refuting his misleading attacks, which first appeared in anonymous blog posts. In his last contested election, Brock also distributed a mailpiece with misleading, false attacks, and was forced to settle for $20,000 after being sued for defamation of character. ..."
