Lego Universe could add Indiana Jones, Star Wars content
We haven't spent much time talking Lego Universe (if we're going to waste our lives in a pretend land, we at least want to be able to sport crude geometric breasts, thankyouverymuch) but a recent nugget from a Massively interview with project lead Mark Hansen has our interest piqued:"Massively: Are you interested in bringing some of the more story rich play themes into Lego Universe? Star Wars, Indiana Jones?
Hansen: I think that IPs would be great to see in the game. It's not for the first launch.
Mass.:It's not something you're discounting, or isn't possible, though.
Hansen: No, not at all. I think you will ... yeah. (laughs)"
So, with Star Wars a possibility, could The Boss be far behind?

I supposed themed areas wouldn't be too bad, although I would persoanally prefer to make my own created characters if I was ever to actually play it. :)

You know what I would personally prefer? To change your mind about that.

Im curious, do many here think they will be playing this?

I didn't think they'd be able to use the liscenced products, but if they can, it'd be great.
Still, I have little faith in the developers of this game, and the fact they're charging a monthly fee for a kids game is a terrible move, it's going to be a massive flop. Why not make it free to play, but force them to buy packs of new bricks, similar to Habbo Hotel? They have the potiential to make MORE money that way.
I can only assume the game is being developed by monkeys, and judging by their past efforts, I can't be too far off.

how about patching in some damned online play in Indy and Batman??? Star Wars had it and it worked great, but you leave it out of these? RIP OFF!

This could be a stretch, since they're both models for OTHER games, but
LegoBigPlanet? featuring Lego Sack Boy??!
My minds exploding thinking of the possibilities.

Lego video games lowers video games standards, and gives people an excuse to accept shitty graphics as a norm.
