Anyone really unexcited about this? From what I have seen, it makes navigating slower, and does not really offer anything new (aside from the game installs).
On my 20GB Premium, it will allow me to install 1 game, big whoop. From what I see, it gives a very marginal increase in speed (10 secs GTA IV bootup time), but takes an hour to install.
Sure there is lots of hype, But I can't see why, they are just copying Sony/Apple/Nintendo..

Wow, talk about a really late "Fall" date. I know Winter doesn't technically start until around December 20th, but there is already snow on the ground up in the North by late November.

I'm really looking forward to this. Its not something I expected honestly, and it's good that the UI is being updated. It's basically going to provide a deeper level of ease of
use, Netflix streaming, and my favorite feature, HDD installs, this will be great for playing Elder Scrolls 4. Now I just have to get a bigger hard drive, something I never thought I'd need.

I would bet that unlike, say, Apple and the way they handled the 3G iPhone launch, things will go smoothly. Microsoft will handle this download fine, would be my best guess given the information that I have.

Its cool an all how you can rent movies from netflix on the new "experience". But this is an XBOX, its a gaming console not a movie theatre. My opinion is that if you should rent anything through xbox...it should be a game...not movies.

the new experience is more like a nintendo wii. very feminine. screens are smaller. not impressed, I don't have a netflix account either. someone told me you can also surf the net with the nxe, not true from what i can see...
