Although not entirely new, there's a semi-fresh Gears of War 2 video over at IGN that includes game footage we spotted last week, but also features some exclusive new Reaver riding action. Hot Reaver riding action.
In the video above, fast forward to the 2:20 minute mark (or watch the entire vid, it's your call) and you'll see some never before seen Reaver riding footage as shown in the recently released Gears 2 screenshots. And did we mention it's HOT Reaver riding action? Hot, hot, Reaver riding action. Mr. IGN voice-over guy compares the Reaver riding sequences to that of Panzer Dragoon, which is something you won't hear us complain about.

wow, I can't hardly wait. This game is gonna be sweet. Plus, for only 10 bucks more I get the free tank I can chase my daughter around the living room with while I play. Sweet-ness.

I chuckled when he said 'The environment is even more interactive' as they show a wheel chair not moving in the middle of an explosion.

Not a chance, Gears 2 will be incredible. I would genuinely buy it just for all the Multiplayer game types, but the single player campaign is just looking better and better

Seriously, if you're a fan of the first Gears of War game, they really don't have to do much to please us... fix host latency issue, get rid of bugs / glitches and give us more story with the campaign.
This time around though, it seems as if not only has everything been turned up a FEW notches, but they added tons more to the original formula: ex: Horde mode, characters, weapons, maps, executions, campaign vehicles and creatures, etc.
I don't think this is over-hyped at all. I think Epic is delivering what so many of us gamers expect from sequels.
Honestly though, I'd rather have had saved game clips like Halo 3 instead of other features. Just last night I was playing and a guy was going on and on about how he made a half map headshot without using the scope... betcha he wished he couldve saved that clip because honestly, as much as I've done it myself, it never gets old seeing heads pop like water balloons filled with watermelon. :)

Well i hope ur right and yes it looks really good (FOAMING AT THE MOUTH)&i hope we get more than we exspect how swweeettttt that would be! My next thought is in november we get GOW2,COD WAW, THE NEW DASHBRD, in a matter of 3wks do i smell CRASH !!!!!!! i hope not

I can't wait for GoW 2! Also, if you wanna save some money don't get COD WAW, judging by some videos it's the exact same thing as COD4, except it feels like a downgraded version.
