BlizzCon 2008: Diablo III Wizard cinematic and new screenshots
19
Here's the piping-hot new cinematic video for the Wizard class in Diablo III, straight from BlizzCon. This leads us to suspect that each class will get its own cinematic, possibly as they approach the Sanctuary instance near the beginning of the game. There are several Wizard-specific CGI moments and gameplay shots in a sort of "coming up this season on Diablo III" format.
Below you can check out the new gallery of screenshots from Diablo III, featuring new shots of the Wizard, Barbarian, and Witch Doctor. Enjoy the goodies, and keep checking back for more info.

I honestly wasn't excited for this game- now I'm starting to be. The "slow time" bubble-shield looks freaking amazing.

Are we sure that's a pre-rendered scene? It almost looks in engine, which would explain how they'll do character specific cut scenes.
Maybe they're ditching their absolutely gorgeous pre-rendered stuff for in game scenes that can contain your specific character, complete with all your armor and weapons and etc.

Most of that trailer did not look good, I kept expecting it to be a joke from some older game.
The textures were really low quality, her face looked weirdly static, the animations were choppy, and the models jagged. Looked like Warcraft 3 or something.

I am glad that Blizzard continues to keep with the diverity in this series. Just that after seein images of Dekkar Cain not havin dark skin, I was a bit concern if this new game ditched all the different ethnic groups
I am happy they didn't
