Fable 2 site that allows users to win in-game items after completing some of the content found within. Although
Chicken Kickin' is amusing, it's
The Hero's Tale puppet show, narrated by the amazing Zoë Wanamaker, that deserves some attention. The player leads their character through a little
Fable webisode and receives a gift at the end, which is then tied to their Gamertag and becomes available when they get the game. There are apparently five possible prizes (we got the chicken suit).
As long as the site streams properly,
The Hero's Tale is actually quite an enjoyable way of getting a little bit of that
Fable 2 magic in before
next week's release. We're now conflicted if Zoë Wanamaker or
God of War's Linda Hunt is our favorite fantasy game narrator.

If you place your cursor just below and to the right of the bee hive, then wait for the meter to get 80 - 95% full (100% is a miss) then you'll drop the chicken on the spears for 180 points each. Note that you need to wiggle the cursor a bit after each kick to get the app to read it's position and re-align the chicken.
This is great marketing.

None of the choices you make during the story make any consequence to what reward you get except the choice of which crown at the end:
Left Crown: Hero Doll & Lionhead Tattoo
Middle Crown: 3 Piece Chicken Suit
Right Crown: Nasty Expression Book & Pink Dye
Those are the five rewards the first screen mentions. Also, winning the chicken kicking game (accessed from the barrel to the left of the stage) gives you:
"Lord of Yard Birds" Title & 1000 Gold

oh nevermind. it seems if you try to re-unlock something you already unlocked, it gives an error saying you already unlocked it. i guess we get to keep all the prizes!

Well i unlocked the chicken suit and the lionhead tatoo/doll.
But then when i got confused about how i would get it into the game i realised that u have to be signed in prob at the site (www.xbox.com i used). So then i signed in, unlocked the pink dye/evil book, but then when i tried to unlock back the chicken suit and tatoo/doll i got an error message, so i tried to go to an other computer (thought it was bound to the ip addres) but it didnt work on the other one anyways.
So i hope that the items still got sent to my account even tho i was not logged in :D
Otherwise im screwed, anyone know any problemfixer thing for this?

I suspect that the Nasty Expression Book, Pink Dye, Tattoo, Doll, and Suit are the only prizes as well, but the only way to know for sure is to exhaustively test :D

Yea I had that same problem, just open up the site using the IE tab with Firefox should work. I liked the choices but yea kinda disappointing that it just comes down to the end for which prize you get. Still good flash game and I can't wait for the full game.
