Is there any advantage to the Wii version over the PC one? If the PC version doesn't have DRM then I'm probably going with that. No point in getting a locked down wiiware copy when a DRM-free PC version is available (especially since Mac and Linux ports are in the works, according to 2D Boy's website).

ok seriously... this is what I've always wanted on the Wii

it's the best puzzle solving game I can imagine for the Wii and the physics are awesome. I think the replay value is so much higher on Wii than it is on PC believe me

i absolutely love this game. i'm currently stuck on 'ode to the bridge builder' but that's fine since i dominated in that goo corp. section (i think my record is something like 16 meters before it toppled, leaving some canadian at the top).

looks pretty good, but lets hope its worth the 1500 Wii points. i, personally, will be waiting about a day or two until i see some reviews. after that I'll make a decision from that point. but other then that it looks pretty damn addicting!

this game looks crazy awesome.

but what do i do with the 500 left over wii points?
can you add to a wii points card?

Well the extra 500 points can be left on your Wii until your purchase another game. You can also add on other Wii points cards so that you would have 2500 points or 4500 or however many point you want really.

Does that answer your question?

Don't forget to keep 1000 points handy for Cave Story when it's released.

Or you can spend the 500 on the nifty Defend you Castle, Mega Man 2 or Sonic. There are a bunch of 500 point games well worth it.

That's a good topic; What is the best way to spend 2000pts? With new Wiiware like Goo and Defend you Castle or some classic arcade like Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong and Punch out! Or 3 great shmups like Blazing Lazers, R-Type and Dead Moon. and all with out having that annoying 100pts left over just taunting you to put more money in.

How does the multiplayer work? Is it fun?

I'm not sure how the multiplayer works. So far I can work both controllers co-op like in Defend your Castle but there doesnt seem to be any turns or any benefit to having a second person. Is there a different multi player mode?

All the more reason for me to get off my butt and finish Lost Winds in one fell swoop. Too bad the game is ridiculously boring.

WiiWare World lists the game as 320 blocks (and 2 more for the save file).

Since it's not out in Europe for Wii until next year I've had to buy it on Steam. Great fun!
