Now THIS is the kind of game I've been waiting for!

I love the on rails feel. Like there's nothing you can do to stop what's coming...

And you KNOW it's coming...

The feeling of playing this must be awesome. I like how they made the motions of the character. Feels like he's really scared but stays quiet, I like it :)

that was AWESOME!! i (personally) wouldn't have stuck my hand under that bed! they just need to work on making the hand grab him faster. i feel it was a little to slow. but i'm sure hudson will fix that as the game is VERY LIKELY to be in early production. still though, AWESOME!!

This would be smart marketing if they did this on purpose.

I mean, it's a horror movie, and like a Jhorror, this game appeared out of nowhere, everyone notices, then POOF! gone from the net.

YES YES YES!!!! This is the kind of stuff I've been waiting for since the Wiimote was first made. Really forcing the people to stick there arms into hols in the wall or under beds and then WHAM!

I don't even care if it'll work or not, the fact that it's actually finally gotten into somebodies head to do this is making thank every kind of god I can think of!

The on-rails look may come from the fact that it appears to just be a prerendered proof-of-concept video. I don't see any prompts or pauses, if this was on-rails there is no way they'd expect the player to perform all those actions so perfectly in sync, like the door opening stuff.

Yeh, totally want now.

Huge fan of J-Horror (the american 'grudge 'was nowhere near as creepy as the original, though grudge 2 wasn't too bad). Very keen for this, though it's not likely to come out of JPN... :(

Um, yikes. I hope this doesn't come out in America. The problem with horror for me:

The human mind is naturally curious, and I just so happen to be scared extremely easily. But, when I see "New horror game" I'm like, okay control, don't look. But then, it was leaked, so I get even more curious. So I keep looking. I play it without volume. See something creepy. I turn on the volume after getting more curious. I hear that doll laughing and a scream, my face turns red and I go away.

This is... scary.

Ok, this sets it, i'm not getting this game...

I won't be able to handle it.

Sile hill 1 on the psone is the first and last game of this kind i'm playing.

When i finished fatal frame 3, i said 4 would be the last one horror game i would play

Oh yeah, a good old fashioned horror game smartly using the Wiimote.

But I guess this is more of a demo-video. The actions are too much in sync, so it's not normal gameplay. But so far I see: good graphics, good use of the controls, exploration and fear. So much fear...

Calling – A Clarification

You may have seen the rounds of three mysterious video files of a point and click horror game by Hudson called Calling. I know Hudson and Clever Communications wants no mention of this game anymore but I thought I would put digital words down on what really happened at least concerning my actions.

The videos were quite good and quite scary. Be it test footage, game footage, whatever they were great and I loved them. For that matter many other people liked the footage.

Hudson we love the idea and game that is if it is a game yet or will be now, it is amazing.

I was contacted to remove the videos, which I promptly did from Youtube and from Revver that I uploaded them to. Hudson has made the rounds to remove the other videos from the Internet from other individuals and they are justified, as it is their property.

I wanted to put this out on the net. I do not know who put the videos on the PR site of Clever Communications be it employees of Clever Communications, Clever Communications themselves, Hudson Employees, Hudson, or anybody else and I am sure Hudson as a company is quite pissed. You would be too if someone uploaded content and had “stolen it”.

Honestly, though it being on a PR site I have a hard time with the notion of it being stolen. I found these videos myself, and I have no problem stating that, from Clever Communications site. There was no intent, no idea, or action of stealing the videos. It could have been a bit of stupidity on my part as I thought the PR page that was posted was validated information to be released.

Honestly, the leak of these videos actually created more fans of the game earlier than it should but the game looks to be amazing. I hope that not harm comes from this situation.
