ESRB rates Street Fighter Alpha sequels for PSN
The ESRB has rated both Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3 for PSP and PS3, meaning that both titles are more than likely coming to PSN.
Hopefully, the sequels won't take the same eight-month path from ESRB rating to PSN debut like the original title did. With Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix BBQ releasing in the relative future, we'd hope that the Alpha sequels are meant to return before those titles.

SSFIITHD is being released in the "relative future" huh? Even that may be a stretch.
zero2dash @ Oct 21st 2008 3:39PM
Please for the love of God put out Zero 3 for sure and Zero 2 Dash if you don't mind as well. $10 each with online play, I would buy both in a heartbeat.

I seem to remember that Legacy of Kain was rated for PSN release some months ago, and it's still MIA.
Let's just say I'm not getting my hopes up

Of all the PSone games Capcom could re-release through the PSN, why more iterations of Street Fighter? Japan has Resident Evil and Dino Crisis already on the PSN, and there are plenty of Mega Man and Breath of Fire titles they could release too.

For the LOVE OF SHENG LONG please let these be arcade versions. The PSOne version of SFA2 was horrible, although 3 was much better, it still can't stand up to the CPS-2 of 2 and 3 or the Naomi of 3 Upper.

So.. I've been thinking about this, and; I mean as far as fighting game fans are concerned, who WOULDN'T be buying these again, if only to have them all in ONE PLACE. I mean, I need my PS2 for SFA Anthology, My dreamcast for MVC 1 and 2 (because it was better IMO on DC than PS2 or XB), back to the PS2 for SF3:3rd or then BACK to the DC for it's 3S, New Gen or 2I, and while I'm at it JoJo's, back to the PS2 for SFEX3, and to it's little bro for EX 1 or 2. And I mean.. this isn't even HALF of then (CvS 1/2? Vamp Chronicles, Rival Schools etc etc). If I could get Capcom's fighting game backlog without having to resort to several EMU's or even MORE game consoles, I'd be MORE than happy to shell out however many hundreds of dollars for them... You hear me Cappy?
