Rock Band Weekly: Blink-182, Psychedelic Furs, Silversun Pickups, Siouxsie & the Banshees

Nice Blink-182 pick.
RavenPaul @ Oct 24th 2008 7:15PM
Sounds like everty other Blink 182 song. I'd rather have "Rock Show" myself. Won't be buying any of these.
supervp1 @ Oct 24th 2008 3:51PM
THe blink 182 sounds like yugioh gx song. Im pretty excited about this list.
Hasney @ Oct 24th 2008 4:37PM
Yeah, if it wasn't going to be on GH:WT anyways, I'd grab it
Diskoboy7 @ Oct 24th 2008 3:54PM
Yah, I had my GF sacreaming at me, this morning, to buy the Siouxie and the Banshees pack, and Pretty In Pink, because it's her favorite movie.
I was happy to buy Siouxie, but PIP drives me nuts... Damn you, John Hughes!!
trex @ Oct 24th 2008 4:48PM
if you play rockband and buy DLC...trust me you DONT have a gf...prob an imaginary one screaming in your head
Diskoboy7 @ Oct 24th 2008 4:56PM
Trex - no, she's real.
We're both 80's kids, and she's a gamer, too. Actually, I would never have noticed the songs if she hadn't pointed them out to me.
Hell, when she moved in, she brought her Odyssey 2 with her (It was hers as a kid) and I was in classic gaming nirvana for a while.
Jigga @ Oct 24th 2008 5:49PM
Trex, do you even know what you're talking about? Are you aware of how many women adore Rock Band?
My GF and all of her female friends absolutely love Rock Band, they come over all the time just to play. I can barely get any solo game time in, everytime I load up the Xbox, my GF is behind me already on the drums. Hell, except for me, my entire band is made up of women.
Dirty @ Oct 24th 2008 3:54PM
MMMMMMM twinkies.....I believe its "well thought out Twinkles"
ha
halfdeath @ Oct 24th 2008 3:56PM
*Well thought out Twinkles

Dirty @ Oct 24th 2008 3:58PM
ha, beat you to it.
samfish @ Oct 24th 2008 4:01PM
Aside from Blink-182, this is a pretty awesome week for Rock Band!
343 Guilty Fart @ Oct 24th 2008 6:21PM
No kidding, and I forgot how hot Siouxsie is/was until I watched that video. More 80s please.
Xoviet chiK @ Oct 24th 2008 4:01PM
Nice with more SSPU. Hope they get Three Seed, The Fuzz, Kissing Families, and Common Reactor in there next time though.
DiddlyKong @ Oct 24th 2008 4:06PM
I guess Jessica Chobot got her wish.
sigler00 @ Oct 24th 2008 4:08PM
Those are decent Silversun picks, can we also get "Lazy Eye" please?
halfdeath @ Oct 24th 2008 4:11PM
I hope you're joking
xDoctorTx @ Oct 25th 2008 12:07AM
Already on the RB2 disc. So... unlikely.
sigler00 @ Oct 24th 2008 4:20PM

Brent @ Oct 24th 2008 4:21PM
Lazy Eye is already on RB2.

Jandy @ Oct 24th 2008 4:32PM
Sure. Buy Rock Band 2.
shoeonmyfoot @ Oct 24th 2008 4:14PM
Blink 182 ftw!
Jandy @ Oct 24th 2008 4:34PM
Yay, more Silversun Pickups! And I quite liked those Siouxsie & the Banshees songs, too - I'll have to put them on the "buy when I have expendable income" list.
metric152 @ Oct 24th 2008 4:35PM
I'm always happy when they add more SSPU. They're one of my favorite new bands.
Mighty Ponygirl @ Oct 24th 2008 4:55PM
I've been hoping for a Siouxsie Pack since I first picked up a plastic guitar. Hooray! And that's a pretty good spread of titles. Hopefully, the first of many.
That Fuzzy Bastard @ Oct 24th 2008 5:11PM
Hope they're using the mix of Pretty In Pink from the Psych Furs album, rather than the PiP soundtrack---it's much more rockin', with more guitars, less keyboards.
FreakyJP @ Oct 24th 2008 5:50PM
Sweet, Siouxsie songs in Rock Band, maybe I'll pick the game up now when I find it cheap. Next: some Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim, or any other Goth rock band ? :)
343 Guilty Fart @ Oct 24th 2008 6:19PM
I would LOVE to get some Sisters of Mercy or some Peter Murphy on Rock Band. But for now I'm pretty ecstatic that Siouxsie will be available!
Jigga @ Oct 24th 2008 5:51PM
Nice! I've wanted both those Silversun Songs since I got their album.
This has been an excellent month or two for DLC
Rob @ Oct 24th 2008 9:06PM
Nice pic! I owned that on a shirt in 1986. No kidding!
MuToiD_MaN @ Oct 24th 2008 6:59PM
Seeing Siouxie Sioux in a multi-act concert four years ago was the worst hour of my life.
Chase @ Oct 24th 2008 7:39PM
Who? What? Where? When? Why? How?
ferdie @ Oct 25th 2008 5:41PM
blink =D
finally
Darkbhudda @ Oct 26th 2008 6:30AM
Siouxie and the Banshees? Sweet. My goth friends were hanging out for bands like The Cure and Siouxie and the Banshees at our Goth Band party last Friday night. Next one is going to go off like grandma's undies under the Sun.
Alfred @ Oct 26th 2008 1:36PM
Oh noooooo! They finally have some Post-Punk, but it won't be the original version of "Pretty In Pink"! I loathe the movie version!
