See the Call of Duty: World at War 'Nazi Zombie' mode

As you can see for yourself in the video after the break, these re-animated soldiers of the Third Reich may shamble in place of goose-stepping, but their relentlessness is unmatched. From what we've seen of it, the mode most reminds us of the wave-based Horde co-op in Gears of War 2. If we had to choose between Locust and Nazi Zombies (or is that Zombie Nazis?) we'd have to go with the latter.

Nazi Zombie would suggest that a Nazi died and became a zombie, but a Zombie Nazi is a zombie that later made a concious decision to be a Nazi!

I'm thinking they're trying to get some of L4D's fan base to try out COD:WAW...I mean, one has just regular plain ol' Zombies, while the other has NAZI Zombies!
The two most hated enemies in all history, combined into a single killable enemy is pretty hard to ignore.

anyone play TimeSplitters 2 or FP, those games had zombie modes and all kinds of crazy modes. Now most MP shooters are like shoot the enemy, plant the bomb, stand in a zone, capture a flag. Kudos to halo for rocket race and infection, kudos to 8 player coop and horde modes, kudos to this zombie mode. Im fuckin tired of capturing flags and planting bombs.

It seems like everyone came up with the same kind of idea at the same time. Both Gears' Horde and CoD's zombie mode seem very similar to Resistance's 8-player co-op (which is very fun, judging from the beta). Not that this is a bad thing, but I find it ironic that in trying to innovate everybody's still kind of the same.
