That was basically lifted from the Street Fighter movie starring Van Damme.

"The day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life...but for me, it was Tuesday."

Look dude (can I call you dude?), it's one thing not to like a candidate, but to want them to actually die? Jeez, you've got problems.

Also, WTF @ this DLC! How are they allowed to do this???

Try telling that to Palin. She'll likely want McCain to die if he gets elected.

If Saturday Night Live can spoof them so can EA, it's as simple as that

Spoofing someone is a lot different than using their likeness in an entertainment product.

When you put yourself into the public spotlight willingly (even sometimes not willingly) then you become a public figure and citizens get rights to do these sorts of things to your image.

As long as its not in the realm of libel or slander (and even then its a fine line) or some kind of copyright infringement, then you're fine. This is what South Park does, even though they've been legally attacked by many people for the libel or slander mentioned above.

But is the DLC going to be free? Is it legal to profit off of using the candidate's likeness?

Don't worry, i'm pretty sure evolution will take care of her soon enough. I'm betting on an entry in the Darwin Awards 2010.

Though she probably doesn't even believe in it..

It's like halloween shops selling presidential masks, or like someone above said, like south park, or like when SNL spoofed Palin. SNL IS AN ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCT. They both profit off people's likenesses, but it's perfectly legal to spoof a public figure.

I wonder if all the people driving this Palin...meme?...into the ground realize she's the VICE PRESIDENTAL candidate.

Because lately it's seemed like we've lost sight of that on a nationwide scale.

Kinda scary.

Seeing as those are claims made by people who are either thick as shit or simply misguided, I wouldn't worry about it.

That's like saying "What about that CJ being a black guy? That won't go down well with the KKK. How's that gonna go over for Rockstar?"
