Welcome to our second Fallout 3 giveaway! Today we're offering up the Bare Necessities® for wasteland survival: your choice of Fallout 3 on PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 and Prima's Pip-Boy-approved game guide (total ARV: $85).

To enter this giveaway:

Leave a comment telling us your weapon of choice (non-Fallout weapons are welcome!)
Limit 1 entry per person; entrants must be 18 years or older and residents of the US or Canada (excluding Quebec)
This entry period ends at 5:30 pm ET on Tuesday, November 4th. We'll randomly select one winner at that time to receive Fallout 3 (ARV: $60) and Prima's official game guide (ARV: $25); winner must choose game platform (PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 version)

My weapon of choice is the Obama beam gun. It takes whatever your enemy has and gives it to you. I thought it was fitting since the cutoff date for this gift is November 4th.

I like to use rocks, they are relatively common and multi-functional. When it comes to weapons versatility is key and being able to smash, hit, throw, and even drop is extremely helpful.

The golden gun from 007 golden eye is the best weapon from any game by far.

The Palin-ator ... able to distract enemies long enough for them to expose their weak points for MASSIVE damage!

Can someone please tell me why Quebec is always excluded from these contests? Seriously, I don't know.

I suppose it comes from the control Loto-Quebec has on any large-scale lottery. Making this giveway legal in Quebec may be too much trouble.
