They still exist. They just won't develop anymore. I think Kotaku mentioned that they have only developed 3 games in 2 years. They'll still distribute (spyware on your computer).

Fate is actually a good little title if you want to get a child into dungeon crawls, but most of those titles are too mature for. Not a bad diversion for $20 or so. I tried the demo a while back.

Yeah, I know a lot of you hate on the guy for allegations of his company distributing spyware, but keep in mind, without this guy we would not have the DirectX API for Windows.

Thank god. That logo strikes hatred in me to this day. "Men in black II video game, I just saw the movie! That was boring, ok uninstall..... Why is it still there????"
