Yeah, obviously the demographic for this commercial (and, really, the Wii I'm starting to believe) is NOT NWiifanboy bloggers.

Every *old* person I showed this to (this being defined as in High School durning the 1980's...as opposed to born then) cracked up laughing :)

LOL. I get tribute to the famous movie scene, but that Heidi Klum ad is just ridiculous. And I watched it plenty of times to determine that. >B^)
Teen boys will love it - but probably not get the movie reference.
30+ year old guys will get the movie reference and try not to get stabbed by their wives for watching it.

I thought the Ads were very clever. You can't expect people to look cool playing fake plastic instruments. Those games are all about people without real musical talent (myself included) having fun pretending to be cool.

I really liked this commercial and thought Kobe was particularly good.

I'm actually surprised to hear that other people thought it was really bad.

The Heidi Klum version was also very nice, but I don't think we'll be seeing that version on American TV's.

That commercial's already on TV here; the difference is that her shirt is completely buttoned up, the whole way through.
