Man I remember Turtles in time! My friend and I played it through in one sitting when it came out.

Spider-man: Web of Shadows (DS) was a gem, in my opinion. Don't know about the console versions, but the DS game was a great action-adventure romp, with awesome combat, surprisingly good A.I. and it was a game that invites you back for multiple playthroughs.

Also, the latest Avatar DS game is shaping up to be something pretty special. As opposed to the last couple of 2D games, this latest one plays more like Phantom Hourglass, and it's surprisingly enjoyable thus far.

Spider-Man 2 is still the most fun I've had in an open world game.

Shame about Spider-Man 3.

Agreed with Goldeneye 007 and the TMNT games (don't forget TMNT2: The Arcade Game for the NES). I'd say that the Transformers: Prelude to Energon game for the PS2 was actually quite good, especially for being a licensed game. I also enjoyed Robotech: Battlecry for the PS2, but I do think it could have been better.

I played Star Wars Episode I: Racer more than any other game (with the exception of Pokemon Stadium) when I had an N64 as a kid. I still have a soft spot for it to this day, and even tracked down the Dreamcast version to compare as well as Racer Revenge for the PS2.

I'd Jump! Ultimate Stars is extremely good for a licensed game. Naruto: Rise of a Ninja is pretty good. and of the DBZ Budokai games are worth a mention too.

The last licensed game I bought was Goldeneye. I (and nearly every N64 owner, I assume) had a whole lot of fun with that one.

I agree with most of ya there but another one people rarely played was TMNT on the gba. One of the last great gba games.

Most of the Disney-licensed Capcom games on the NES were excellent. Also, Escape from Butcher Bay was a tremendous game.
