Yes indeed this will be my last nite on gears of war. I been playin this game since it first came out n I played gow2 n it looks like I will be on that for the next 2yrs as well happy gamin....gamertag xX LoBeS Xx if u wanna see a real gears vet

sigh.. id love to play but i traded gears (like a dumbass) a long time ago.. im looking forward to gears 2 and hopefully the multiplayer will be as good as promised..

gears 2 will effectively retire GoW, im sure some ppl will keep playing but the switch will be dramatic and instantaneous.. itll be nice to see everyone move on

I just sold it to gamestop, to get the most value i can for it. People if you haven't already, SELL it now, i got 17 bucks off of it, in a couple of days it will probably be 4 or 5 dollars.

You mean you guys needed a reason to play Gears? I needed a reason for it to leave the drive. Luckily that reason comes in 24 hrs.

Whenever I play Gears online, I'm always paired up with these guys from Germany who are extremely good at the game. I never win.

Although I will be playing Gears 2 on Friday morning err...thursday night from here on out, I will never sell my copy of Gears 1. That game was an instant classic, a priceless gem, that is going down in history. It will go right into my Hall of Game collection to keep for the future. Played Gears since day 1, still playing. I play on PC as well (gotta love that 60fps & all settings maxed out, sexy!). I probably won't be playing tonight... I'll be getting some sleep for tonights wait-in-line-to-get-ur-copy thing @12am and then play to the next night. Add me anyway... name's CABALLOTE
