I'm gonna cry if somehow ALL the tracks I've downloaded are published on physical media and bit-by-bit cheaper than what I originally purchased them for.

Hafk @ Nov 6th 2008 3:01PM
Of course, you don't get choice with Track Packs.
Vol @ Nov 6th 2008 3:14PM
It's doesn't matter. This game could easily cost you more than $400 over its life.
ScottG13 @ Nov 6th 2008 2:37PM
That's a homerun. Harmonix has started bringing out the big guns after the GH:WT release. I'm very thankful after a summer of crappy metal to suffer through.
Odog4ever @ Nov 6th 2008 3:34PM
Personally I wish Harmonix would go back to releasing a bunch metal tracks. I've been spending so many points on DLC since RB2 dropped it's getting ridiculous!
Good problem to have I suppose. It would be nice to go a couple of weeks and not feel like I was missing something though.
ScottG13 @ Nov 6th 2008 3:41PM
As a marketer, I'd LOVE to see the sales charts on these songs. What are the best sellers? What tanked? What surprised? What had long legs? You know Weezer and Oasis sell to this day when people are first scrolling through the available DLC on their brand new RB2 purchase.
Jigga @ Nov 6th 2008 4:29PM
I would like to see the stats too. Kinda like what Valve does with the Steam stats, that would be interesting.
OTAM @ Nov 6th 2008 6:08PM
I feel the same way as you.
Except I love metal and have to suffer through crappy 90's alternative.
Young_Nastyman @ Nov 7th 2008 8:17AM
You know what really sucks? Liking both metal AND 90's alternative...MY WALLET NEEDS A BREAK!!!!
defpoet1790 @ Nov 6th 2008 2:38PM

Well, I'm glad I forgot to get Vigilante 8 yesterday. Now I have the points for this.

Now that's an album that I can enjoy.

Activision needs to announce more DLC plans. For now, I really don't see Guitar Hero gaining any ground on Rock Band at all.
Angusailde @ Nov 6th 2008 3:00PM
Geez, I own 12 of those songs already!

Freakin' Sweet!
I'm a big fan of the Fighters of the Foo, and The Color and the Shape is on my short list of most awesome albums EVAR. Waaaay back when they first announced full album downloads for Rock Band, I had my fingers crossed for this one to make the list.
I will have to spend a week just replaying this album straight through with each different instrument!
This is especially pleasing after the "Not Quite Nevermind" album released earlier...
Robert Vrabel @ Nov 6th 2008 3:14PM
Holy crap... that is one of my all time favorite CDs and definitely my all time favorite Foo Fighters CD. I can't wait to play those... I don't sing very often but this CD will open the door to a lot of new songs to sing =)
Viridium @ Nov 6th 2008 3:37PM
This is easily the Foos BEST album, and contains what I consider (for whatever reason) their finest song ever - Hey, Johnny Park!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
Farseer (GDI) @ Nov 6th 2008 3:19PM
This has to be one of the best albums to come out of the 90s. I really don't have the time to play this right now, but that's not going to stop me from doing so...
T @ Nov 6th 2008 3:24PM
I'm geting that album on Day 1. This rocks.
As far as the Pack, I've only got 5 of those songs currently, and there are a few more I've been thinking about getting.
But even if I didn't have any of them, there are some on that pack I know I don't want (Devo for example) that would lead me to pass on it.
Maybe if I end up with a rental or cheap copy I'll go for it.
