The game was pegged as a spiritual successor to Punch-Out!! so it might be welcome on Wii. However, like TheOverlord said, the initial reports are not kind

Not even by Wii standards.

Wow! I totally misread the title of the article. I thought it said "A Boy and His Blob." I'd be more interested in that released on VC than this game.

I rented it the other day, and man, i had a lot of fun. The controls are pretty responsive and the fight are fast paced fun!!!

The only thing that lacks is the carachter creation (they should had added a option to use Mii's with FaceBraker design) and some dialogues on fight wouldn't had killed anything

Else, i'm loving the game, but my arms end like pulp after a run on it

in the interview they stablished that they TRIED to fix all the things that were wrong with the original version,the lack of defensive skills and the miss developed AI.Still the utter lack of Online is also hurtful.
