Rock Band DLC: Dead Kennedys, Mission of Burma and more

Brand new Rock Band downloadable content is headed your way next Tuesday, November 18th and it's a musical mix.

Both the Dead Kennedys and Mission of Burma will be releasing a three pack of DLC (priced at 440 Microsoft points) and a separate "Century Media Girls of Metal" three pack featuring music by Lacuna Coil and In This Moment will also be available. Each track can also be purchased individually for 160 Microsoft points. Finally, Crooked-X will be releasing "Gone" as a value priced track (80 MS points). Get your DLC details after the fold.

I loved the song Closer by Lacuna Coil. Sweet, now I can play it in Rock Band, FTW.

I will be buying all three of those DK songs and hoping to see some "Let's lynch the lanlord" or "Kill the Poor" in the future.

Oh Jello, what happened? Where did the rebellion go? I miss the days when things used to mean things...

Jello has nothing to do with the Dead Kennedys anymore. The other band members sued any and all control away from him. All the merchandise, every videogame appearance of a DK song, etc. Jello has had nothing to do with that.

Alot of songs for RB, added with the World Tour DLC (Smashing Pumpkins? Raconteurs?) i would think it would be hard choice but after listening to it all i'm only interested in In This Moment and Lacuna Coil.

Never heard of In This Moment till today, but i really like the sound.

I could have gone either way on Crooked X, but seeing long hair on guys which looks girly to me leaned it on the not to buy side.

I may be in the minority, but the Mission of Burma pack is an awesome addition. Woo to 80s underground alt/post-punk.

Minority we may be, but I too am stoked for the MoB pack. As soon as I saw the headline I was thinking, "Please, please, please, let there be '...Revolver'!"

i grew up in boston and *love* mission of burma. too bad they aren't putting up trem two or academy fight song, though....

haven't played RB2 in a few weeks now. but i picked up the guitar tonight to get warmed up again because i was so excited for the Mission of Burma songs...
