DO NOT WANT. Give me more Hendrix DLC, or some Doors or Tool would be nice.
Dr. @ Nov 14th 2008 1:12PM
It's good to see they've got the right idea this time. Constant DLC at the accepted price.
oolz @ Nov 14th 2008 1:15PM
Not nearly as cool as the just announced 10 pack for rock Band next week.
Dead Kennedy's, lacuna coil, mission of burma, In this moment and crooked X.
nice try though..
Jakka ( The Order of Haters of Balance) @ Nov 14th 2008 1:43PM
wgasa?
oolz @ Nov 14th 2008 1:48PM
you replied... so...you.. obviously..
Neebs @ Nov 14th 2008 2:44PM
Quality > Quantity.
I'd rather have this pack than all the songs out for RB this week.
Kyera @ Nov 14th 2008 3:00PM
And, interestingly enough, using quality as the important metric, I would prefer to see the RB DLC.
Not that the Killers are bad (I quite like 'em), but I prefer some Dead Kennedys.
VaultICEE @ Nov 14th 2008 7:26PM
I'm glad and happy that Guitar Hero is actually working to keep up with DLC, but I really really really dislike the game's interface.
Great DLC tracks to choose though, coming from a Killers fan. If this was on Rock Band I would buy it in a heartbeat, but I might have to think twice before I get it on World Tour at my friend's house...
BrennaCeDria @ Nov 14th 2008 11:16PM
I have to agree with Neebs. I'm sure the songs coming to Rock Band this week are just fine, but I've been wanting more Killers on Rock Band since I first got the game, and now with it going to GH I can probably just give up on that dream. :( Mr. Brightside is one of the songs I wanted most, but not so much as All These Things That I've Done. GOD that song would be awesome. :(
M @ Nov 14th 2008 1:27PM
I demand that all video game journalists refer to the company as Actilizzard from this point forward.
Foetoid @ Nov 14th 2008 8:22PM
It's all wrong. It sounds like some sort of active lizzard. Actiblizzion sounds like what its meant to be.
Silent @ Nov 14th 2008 1:29PM
OK i guess, but the only killers song that matters is 'All These Things That I've Done'.
dutyman40kk @ Nov 14th 2008 3:37PM
Are you kidding me?
The good songs by the killers are "mr. brightside", "human", "when you were young" and "somebody told me". All the thing we've done is probably one of their worst
Jim Halpert DM @ Nov 14th 2008 2:39PM
The only song that matters? I mean that's one I'd love to play, but give the Killers some credit....
#28 @ Nov 14th 2008 5:40PM
Dutyman, are you kidding me? You're basically lauding praise over songs that make no fucking sense. "Are we human? Or are we dancer?" Does that make any sense to anyone? While you ponder that, I encourage you to find some other, better music.
Jim Halpert DM @ Nov 14th 2008 6:31PM
"Are we human or are we dancer" references a quote made by Hunter S. Thompson in which he states that America is raising a generation of dancers.
kellydude025 @ Nov 14th 2008 8:29PM
I like almost all of the killers tracks off of all of their albums including their EP Sawdust.
Too bad i am a rockband 2 fanboy and dont want to cough up the money for GHWT
BrennaCeDria @ Nov 14th 2008 11:17PM
Now, now, don't discount the majority of Hot Fuss. I agree that All These Things That I've Done is my favorite Killers song, period, and the one I'm most disappointed to not have, but both Mr. Brightside and Somebody Told me, in particular, are great songs.
seanemac007 @ Nov 14th 2008 2:11PM
Another great band that backed the wrong horse. Rock Band 2 is where its at. They are everything good about 80s rock, without the bad haircuts and a better wardrobe.
Now just give me my keyboard-guitar controller and my "I Love The 80s" track-pack (Frankie Goes To Hollywood, A-ha, Pet Shop Boys)!
Chase @ Nov 14th 2008 4:11PM
Amen.
Miles @ Nov 14th 2008 2:15PM
I'm so pissed this isn't on RB2. Not to say it won't be though.
Neebs @ Nov 14th 2008 2:28PM
Fuck! Why can't this be on RB2!?
Jim Halpert DM @ Nov 14th 2008 2:38PM
I just decided which bundle I'm buying. Killers FTW!!
(Of course I'll get the Rock Band 2 disc.)
Phoenix @ Nov 14th 2008 2:48PM
As much as I like "Human" I don't really see it as all that interesting to play.
nedi @ Nov 14th 2008 3:17PM
yeayy, i like the track human. . . now i wont have to beat my steering wheel like a drum kit anymore =]!
Farseer (GDI) @ Nov 14th 2008 3:16PM
So... how does one obtain the electronic beat machine to lay down the baseline in 'Human'?
ooh cha ooh cha ooh cha ooh cha ooh cha
Oh, and while I'm trashing that terrible song, what's going on with the lyrics here?
Are we human, or are we dancers?
I had no idea that the two were mutually exclusive.
Jim Halpert DM @ Nov 14th 2008 3:46PM
"Are we human or are we dancer" references a quote made by Hunter S. Thompson in which he states that America is raising a generation of dancers.
Farseer (GDI) @ Nov 14th 2008 3:58PM
So, if the main lyrical point of the song is based on a disparaging comment by Thompson regarding an impending generation of dancers, are they (or Flowers, at least) attempting to be ironic by setting the song to a dance-club backbeat?
Shade @ Nov 14th 2008 5:20PM
Yes.
Farseer (GDI) @ Nov 14th 2008 5:34PM
Well, in that case, I can't argue with the irony. I still dislike the song, but I can't argue with the irony.
Scooter @ Nov 14th 2008 5:33PM

RB is getting them too.
Kyera @ Nov 14th 2008 6:07PM
I laughed pretty hard when I read that.
MrSpaceCowboy @ Nov 14th 2008 6:26PM
Well... If that's the case, I'll take the RB Killers pack. Smile Like You Mean It FTW!
"Save some face, you know you've only got one"
BrennaCeDria @ Nov 14th 2008 11:20PM
I should have just kept scrolling until I saw your post, instead of posting twice above. At least two of my three favorite Killers songs will be DLC for Rock Band.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, WE NEED MORE!
David @ Nov 14th 2008 8:14PM
The same day Rock Band gets 3 Killers songs also!
drew @ Nov 15th 2008 4:05AM
we need this on rock band
