I'm gonna try to finish COD:WAW this weekend, on veterin (people say it's insanely hard). I also want to get maxed out on Resistance 2 online coop and play some more competative matches. I have Fallout 3 but am not opening it till they patch the trophies in.

What's up with Xav? He's permanently on some secret mission that he can't tell us about. Is the X3F's official ninja? Xav is a pretty ninjary name - it makes sense I suppose.

I'll be conituing to save the world in Fallout. I'll be starting my descent into evil in Fable, having been playing the angleic paragon up until now. I'll be playing lego-vehicles with Nuts'n'Bolts if it arrives in the mail today, and enjoying eating fish courtesy of a free code for Feeding Frenzy 2 from winning an X3F fanswag! And I've just had confirmation of a band practice to take place tomorrow. RAWK!!

Mirrors Edge is great when there's no shooting involved..
It's AI is rubbish - happily shoots it's allies to get you, they're like kicking brick walls when they guard a flying kick by just putting up their arm, don't need run ups for their attacks (which don't even need to connect to hit), it acts no difference to how it acts towards you whether your armed or not.. yea I could shoot them, but that would be too easy, I want to play a free running game, not a shooter..

Dead Space is really good, good tension, sound.. only the turret mini game (better controls) & 'curb stomp' (so it aims to the closest limb) that need fixing

And as good as Gears 2 was, I preferred the 'intimacy' of Gears 1

HDDs are NOT memory cards, so don't transport them to other 360s! I had Oblivion data corrupted that way. It's best to stick your HDD into your console only!

I found that if you're with a good group it's pretty straightforward to get to level 50 in Horde mode on Gears of War 2, as long as you play on the Security map. If you all stay inside the laser area, you have a much greater chance of fending off the enemies.

Gears 2 and playing around with the NXE. I may pick up an old game that I missed last year in Assassin's Creed as well.

Tomb Raider Anniversary to prep for TRU. I liked the demo and might get it next week if the reviews are favorable.

Although apparently most of the gaming press seems to be against it (which I still don't understand) I'll be playing a lot of Banjo this weekend! Of course Gears 2 will get some playtime as well to. Need to finish the co-op campaign on hardcore and do some more of horde.

Well, since I finished GoW2 campaign and got through wave 50 with my friends in Horde, I'll be running the Mirror's Edge mostly this weekend. I'm completely in love with the free-running aspect....I have mixed feeling anytime there are guns involved. I'm still not sure if things feel too out of balance (number of enemies, shots it takes to die, etc.) or if its just realistic/"challenging". I'll have a better opinion farther in, I think, but so far I do really enjoy the game.

Playing GOW2.. having fun with it, definitely some fun twists and surprises. Also playing mirror's edge.. it was really pissing me off though. I like a lot of aspects but it has a lot of those moments where you can't do anything but flip the bird at the tv set. It seems really short..
