I’m Alfredo Garcia, I’m from Monterrey, Mexico and I always heard your podcast. Gamertag: JAGL 2007

And I have a question did you know anything about the problem of Fifa 09 with Adidas Live season. I buy all the leagues and they were working for two o tree weeks and now the doesn’t work. If you got download again it said that you have to buy it again. And if you try to buy it again it doesn’t allow.

And I have read in the EA forums a lot of people have the same problem.

geezergamers.com is one place for a community of older gamers

One can also use the "avoid player" function of Live when coming across the annoying kids

I 'avoid' at least one player after almost every game (I guess I bring that on myself by playing Halo) - I wish optimatch would just put everyone in the underground zone in a match by themselves.

No you're not, it's just that the 3 guys that work at X3F don't have the time to answer every question they get. They choose the questions that they can answer and would be the most beneficial to their readers. I've sent in questions that haven't been answered either, it's nothing to worry about.

http://www.2old2play.com

This is a big gaming site for people 25-and-over.

Don't worry about the "2old2play" name. These gamers are very competent.

(I don't know why all the mature gaming sites use self-deprecating names. It's not that funny, and maybe sounds a little too true to be ironic!)

zerocommit.com is a site for mature gamers. I have been a member for 3 years and we host probably one or two tournaments a month and there are so many members that are playing anything and everything each night that you can always find someone on.

if you are not retarded and have gaes in common with me, send me a friends request.

I speak english and french. Anyone who would start insulting people who happen to utter a word or two in another language is invited NOT to send a friends request AND can jump off a bridge...

I think you mean games, not gaes, as that sounds like gays, and then that entailes a whole different type of gaming, or gaing.

mygamemug.com is a great place to find mature gamers. They even have events almost every weekend organized by the site or the community.
I've been using it for a while now and it's really sweet. Sign up and send me a friend request SN: whitefeather11.

For Aussies, there are a few mature gamer groups I know of. I'm a member of Mojo (http://forums.mojo.org.au/), which is only for over 25 year olds.

I don't know of a mature gaming community, but from experience I have found there are considerly less kids on after 10:30 or 11:00 at night. Most of them should be in bed, but a few sneak in.

For the guy whose parents think steam is malware, there's an even simpler 100% bulletproof solution: malware (virus, spyware, etc) that is written to execute and infect the windows operating system cannot infect Mac OSX... or Linux, or any other OS one could potentially run. So it really doesn't matter even if they are malware, your OS will not and cannot get infected with Windows malware, period.

Not all us 15 year olds are immature.

Only time I really smack talk is when people do it first, other than that I'm pretty quite.

I'd like to put in a good word for Adult Gaming Enthusiasts. You can find them at http://www.agerocks.com

I have been a member for a couple of years and it is great. They host regular gaming nights for almost every day of the week for the most popular games. Their forums are also very vibrant and entertaining. Most everyone I've met on the site is a class act.

Check it out. :)

Not entirely unpredictable? Sure. But still surprising. Thought this would have been ironed out...

Yea, taking ONE guest online with you via split screen is not good enough. Halo allows you to take 3 people with you. That's the standard everyone should follow. That's why Gears 2 and Left 4 Dead are inferior.

A decent mature gamer community is www.2old2play.com.

I found a bunch of folk to play Culdcept with on there - a game that doesn't exactly appeal to the 12 year old Gears-o-phile.
