More than new outfits I'd rather have the option to change the colour pallet of the existing clothing pieces. That and a goatee + sideburns option (hey, if my avatar is supposed to be me, he better have sideburns with the chin scruff).

Why can't I modify the color of clothes? I wouldn't want the "TSHIRT PACK! that includes your favorites: Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Perri winkle, & Plum (Purple)"

If they just add the option to change colours and patterns, it would exponentially increase the variety. Add in even one of those colour mixer tools and patterns like plaid, polka dot, stripes etc.

Also, some shirt sleeves that fit plz!!!

Ridiculous. I already don't like the NXE (because the in-game UI is now as slow as PS3 among other things) and this only makes me less excited about it.

I would be very interested in new clothing options as long as they are free. I've already changed my avatar 3 times since i got NXE on monday. Its fun to do, but now that everyone is going to have avatars, mine wont be as original. New clothes would help that alot, even custom colors. Just as long as they are free.

color options, and more eye (better) and nose options. I hate how the white area of the eye is skin colored. It's obvious that the avatar system is geared toward making white people. I think the placement system for Miis is way better at making people more closely matching themselves. The NXE has the extreme benefit of being able to update constantly unlike the Mii's this is all you get system, but at least with Mii's given the restraints you can be a lot more creative with it. I know I wouldn't be able to make admiral Akbar with the NXE, the piece options leave a LOT to be desired. I'm not talking a bethesda ugly person creator, but they've simplified this too much.

Big yellow Sombrero's, Olive green Army helmet's, Grey Fedora's, Purple Pimp hat's.

Glee!

Most likely MS is going to charge for the new gear, but i dont think that would be a wise choice. IMO its acceptable if its 1$ worth of MS points, IF they must charge. Otherwise, games over avatar tinkering any day.

Obviously they're going to charge for these, but I think it would be a good idea to adopt what LBP is doing, and make sure to release a free outfit or item along with every set of 'premium' clothes. It gets people more into the DLC, and might convince them to spend $$ somewhere down the line. Plus they wouldn't generate as much ill will among those of us who don't pay for digital clothes.

The ad itself does say some of these packs will be free. I welcome the idea of new clothing options, and again, it's not really any different from having to buy LBP costumes.

Definately need to keep the new style of clothes free. However, offering NFL licensed clothes or band t-shirts for $$$ would be acceptable and I think would be sell pretty decently.

Know what really blows? About a week ago there were a lot more clothing options available. Most notably, there were 6 or 7 suits you could choose from...it is now whittled down to 2. They stripped out a bunch of avatar stuff for the public launch.

Actually it makes perfect sense that they stripped out a lot of the clothing options. Instead of having to scroll through pages and pages of clothes that don't fit my personal tastes I can just download the pack that make sense in my "digital closet".

I remember seeing an avatar picture of a guy in a pink bunny outfit. I would never put that shit on my avatar so why have it take up space on the screen and on my hard drive? I know personally I would like more hats to chose from but don't care about the shoes that much. There are plenty of people out there that are the opposite. We shouldn't be forced to scroll through 100 pieces we don't like just to get to the one we love.

the only issue they're discussing is how much they think they can get for each "pack".

If they charge for XBMii accessories then that's a friggin' joke. It's one thing if we could use the XBMii's in games or something but if they just serve as happy "party chat" people then I can't imagine anyone buying crap for that.

Of course, there are a lot of stupid people with money to burn out there. So who knows.

Oddly enough a lot of the clothing option in the NXE I also had in my real world closet. So getting my avatar dressed was really easy. But it did bring up a question do I have bad taste in cloths or good because NXE had them also?

P.S. I loved that movie.

I don't really care about "fashions" for the avatars. What I want to see is game character costumes, either complete or in pieces that we can use.

For some reason I want to see my avatar w/ Isaac's helmet from Dead Space...to go with the tropical shirt...
