You must have done it wrong then. There's a way to solve it without opening the basement door.

Uh, doing that is the worst karmic choice. I mean if you go for mediation. (Spoiler alert)

The ghouls move in and everything is fine.. for about 48 hours when you come back and find every human, even the ones that were willing to live with the ghouls, dead in the basement.

Why post news on a PS3 patch for freezing issues?

I thought this was pretty funny, completely off topic except for the ending...

How about fixing the collision detection so you can't get stuck while crossing a pile of rocks and have to restart from your last save location.

We need more guns!

I think it sucks that the best rifle in the game is an antique Winchester model 1873 aka Lincoln Rifle. I mean come on how is it that in the future the best weapon is a old rifle found in a history museum?

A patch to fix the Big Town robot glitch. After you save the two people from the German Police Headquarters and you go back to big town. Depending how high your skill levels are it gives you different options to help defend the town. One I received was repair the robots in the junkyard to help defend the town. Well I saw where the robots were before I had that option so I knew right where they were. After I chose the repair the robots option, they disappeared. I looked online and apparently this is a regular glitch in the game. Just irritating because now I can't finish that quest. Other that that. The game rocks!

If this is from the official Fallout 3 forums then I know this patch should be about fixing all the huge major bugs in the game.. not adding trivial little extras...

A lot of people can't even play or finish missions in Fallout 3 because of series freezing bugs near the Jefferson Memorial and random permanent freeze issues trying to leave buildings which can only be solved by loading an older save file.

Just check out the Fallout 3 Hardware and Software issue section of the forums and you'll see what I'm talking about since it seems most game reviewers and sites are pretty ignorant about all the problems Fallout 3 has been having.

hopefully they can make MacCready show up at the front gate. I can't get into Little Lamplight after rescuing the kids from Paradise Falls cause MacCready's not there to open the gate.

Game over I guess.

What I would like to see is a way to key-bind specific Pip-Boy screens, so that you don't have to flip through multiple menus to check a map, or change a weapon, etc.

Example - pressing "M" brings up your Pip-Boy world map.

I had a great time playing this game, only one or 2 little glitches nothing fatal: But I would like to see a few changes, 1. random NPC deaths to stop, 2. more custom made weapons, 3. tag along characters allowed to use different weapons(keeping the unlimited ammo perk of course). 4. weather systems to match the seasons nuclear war dosen't equal the end of weather as we know it. 5. end level cap!! 6. Lets us customize our weapons more! Armour too 7. How about a town builder option or at least let us take over exsisting towns to run as we please. ( think of it being allowed to control ten penny tower as own personal fiefdom).

there have been quite a bit of problems with my game. moriarty dying before he tells me where my dad went... clearing out the jefferson memorial before scientific pursuits is finished, and it is not allowing me to tell my dad that I already cleared it out. some missions just won't let you finish them if you attack or kill someone before you get the actual quest. While a weather system, and more music on the radio stations would be nice, I would much rather just be able to play the game it was meant to be played.

I would like Liberty Prime to stop senselessly murdering every helpless passerby haha

I could forgive everything else if they just fixed that.

I have no more caravan traders because of it!
